Okay! This is how it's going to work. I'm taking an idea from the previous guild leader, and making it pop. Before, at the start, there used to be letters from Kazumi Asakura. Now, I'm going to continue that, but not by myself. Anytime there's news, anyone who's in the Newspaper crew can contribute at least one article.
Now, this isn't just updates in the guild. This is stuff that's happening on campus as well. Is someone dating someone else in secret? Kazumi just might find out, and your character could make the newsletter.

Updates in the Negima! Magister Negi Magi RP
Apparently, the leader, xNutmeg is planning to implant a schedule. This schedule, according to xNutmeg, is going to be a little more simple and basic than most schedules. For now, there is only going to be the time of day, like, morning, night, etc. Later on, time of class, day of week, and other things will be added to the schedule.
Crews' forum: To use more often!
There's a reason that someone made the crews' forum. To discuss how to improve the guild! After the crew discuss how to improve the guild, only then will xNutmeg and the mods release it to the rest of the members. So, xNutmeg and the rest? We need to use the crews' forum more often!
Accepting join requests
In order to know if the person is capable of role-playing in this guild, they'll need to answer the most simplest of questions. What is it? All crew members, including vice captains, must check the crews' forum in order to know. If not, you will immediately be demoted to a member if you do not send a PM to me, retelling me of what questions must be asked when interviewing a possible member. xNutmeg will need all PMs within 20 days.

More Subforums coming towards you!
In order to make things more organized, there will be new subforums! One new Mahora Dorms subforum, and one new Library Island subforum! There will be a sign-up sheet for various things coming up in the Members' Lounge soon! You can sign up for your dorm room assignments there. Don't forget, subforums cost money, for donations into the guild account are very much appreciated!
Sign-Up sheet in the Members' Lounge
Soon, there will be a sign-up sheet in the Members' Lounge subforum. That's the main one. In there, you will have the opportunity to sign up for your dorm rooms, and your school clubs! Look forward to it, and you'll be eligible to sign-up for those, after you've gotten in your self-made profile, or your canon character.
Notices!
All crew members, vices included, remember to PM me what the questions for an interview for a join request, along with the acceptable answers! There's only so little time!
Remember, to all self-made profiles owners, you must post your revised profile up in the NEW Self-Made profiles topic! Also, don't forget to submit it to me for an a-okay!

More improvements to the schedule!
Now, you'll be seeing more additions to the schedules, besides from time of day, you'll be seeing the day of the week, and events.
Mahora Dorms open!
As some of you have already noticed, I just want to make it official, that the Mahora Dorms subforum is up and running! Also, if you haven't signed up for a dorm room, do so now, and sign up for your clubs while you're at it as well!
Crew Members! Get those questions to me ASAP!
For those of you, that have not yet PMed me those questions with the appropriate answers, you need to do so within ten days, as the dead line for two weeks in 10/10/08. If you fail to do so, then you will get a talking-to from me, and possibly a demotion to a member.
Vice Captain forms still open!
Just a reminder, that all members, crew or no, can still turn in their forms for applying to be a vice captain. ALL MEMBERS MAY TAKE PART IN THIS, except for kie-kun12, because, well...you're already a vice. ^^

New Events have been added!
Yeah, that's right. Plural. Events. More than one, and be sure to check them out! It's your way to really be involved on big school events on this guild!
General Information
A lot of you are complaining about how much there is to do, with reading the rules, the storyline, etc. So, in order to really organize everything, I've made a General Information topic, as a checklist, for everyone to make sure they've looked at everything.
New Bulletin board in the Mahora Academy!
While the Bulletin Board, this main forum right here, is for things for the general guild, there will be a bulletin board in the Mahora Academy subforum, for class-related events! I'll also post some class-related events in this newsletter too, but it'll be there just for a quick reference.

One more Detail!
Hey there! In the Self-Made profiles, anyone who has made a profile, I need to go in there, and make one adjustment. What is that? There's one more thing in there and I need you to add in, (example in the form.) Occupation! There will be three choices listed: Entrepreneur, Student, or Teacher! Entrepreneur, is a shop owner, or business owner. A student, is someone who attends the Mahora Academy. And last, a teacher, is someone who informs the students at Mahora Academy. If you have other occupations, PM me, xNutmeg. If changes aren't made to pre-existing profiles within two weeks, I'll change 'em myself.

Mahora Academy Newsletter--10/30/08 Halloween Event!
As some of you know, I've had two Halloween events available to all members of the guild; costume contest, and music choice. But, for the RP, for Halloween, Thursday night on the RP, beginning at Night in the Time of Day, the Halloween event for the RP will begin. An open party, meaning everyone may come, teachers included, will take place in the Old Science Building (I will make it that night.) Costumes, candy, treats, and tricks! Music will be played, (All of the members who submitted a song to me WILL get their music played. However, it is up to each member if they choose to listen to it.) and spooky things just might happen. Hope to see you there!Change in Crew and Above!
Some of you may be observant, and see the change in authority. I won't name any names, but two crew members have been demoted, and a new crew member has been selected. There will not be anymore changes hopefully, for the future. But, to all crew members, just make sure you follow orders!New Topics Added!
Thanks to some of the crew members, there are all the clubs in the Mahora Clubs subforum, and there is a 'Pactio Information' topic that everyone should check out, whether or not their character is a mage, or if it even regards to their character. Check it out!Small Reminder!
Although when we post, we type in English, it does NOT mean that the character is speaking in English. They should all be speaking in English, as the story does take place in Japan. If the character is speaking English, then something in the content of the post will either say, or sometimes, '<' and '>' might be put around them. I have more detail on the different ways people may do it in my guide, 'Guide to Role-playing: xNutmeg style!'

Reminder to all members of the guild!
Reminder, that all the general information needed to recheck things for your character, sign-up for certain things, make or sign up for an OC/Canon, tips/announcements, and basically, everything important is in the Main Forum. Thanks! [Note: If your character hasn't found a place to stay/live, please PM me!]
New Rules regarding OCs!
Our guild is made up of OCs and Canons, but right now, the OCs are dominating. Way too much. So, I've decided to limit the OC creation to only 4 OCs per member. That includes students, entrepreneurs, teachers, whatever. There may be only 4, and that's it! If you have more than 4 OCs, then you are required to discard the remainder. Any questions, PM me.
[Note: Canons will be restricted to 4. The rules regarding those are the same as the OCs.]

Reminder to all Members of the Guild!!
It seems like some inactivity has crept upon our lovely guild. Please keep in mind, just because some people tend to slow down, doesn't mean you should as well. Please try to stay as active as you can in the guild, and even encourage others to do so as well. I'll be sending out notices to some members who have been inactive for far too long, so be on the look-out. Maybe a certain Canon Character you've been keeping an eye on might become available in due time. Just please remember to try your best. Alright. I'm back.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, to all who stayed in the guild, and this here, is for DarkEvangel26 and Alex Wolf Ayase.

Thanks for helping out the guild, and helping it stay afloat. ^_^
Um, some massive changes will be going underway in the guild. First of all, we're gonna clean up that memberlist! Secondly, we're pending a new subforum, for character profiles. If there's certain things you want to add about your character as the story progresses, with the addition of the new character subforum, each character will have it's own thread, allowing you to right additional details about the character not included in the primary profile.
Also, to spice things up, we're going to be adding a festival! This project has been going on for a while, before summer, and now, it's time to put it into play.
In addition to these new things, we'll be doing a great bit of cleaning up, in the dorms, dorm room assignments, clubs, downtown, and many more areas we need to clean up on. If you have any comments about these ideas, and questions, or concerns, feel free to PM me.
And also, sorry for the absence. ^_^;;

I'll get back to the newsletter format in a few posts, but I've got some important news.
There's a new subforum in the guild now! Please welcome...
The Character Subforum! Now, as you've all probably tried, it's Crew Only at the moment, because it's undergoing construction, but soon, it'll be open. The point of the character subforum, is for you all to easily access a character's info, with one click, instead of browsing through pages, trying to find your own characters, or another characters.
With the character subforum, it also eliminates the old profile thread, as well as the combat information thread. All the info included in those two threads will now be re-written in the subforum.
In the subforum, members, (yes, you.) will be allowed to post small notes, customize the profile to their desire, adjust information as the story progresses, and eliminate the need to PM lil' ol' Nutmeg here, for so much profile approval. ^^
More information on the Character Subforum will be coming up! Until then, keep looking for more improvement to the guild!

Alright! I am proud to announce...
-cuts the ceremonial ribbon-
The Character Subforum is now open! Make sure to read all of the announcement threads in there, and enjoy making your profiles. Please make sure to follow the rules. Thanks.
With the completion of the Character Subforum, the Member List will be cleaned up soon, as the project is already started.
And for our last project, we need all of you members to help us out and think of ideas you'd like for your festival.
