Located on the shores of Magmus Island is a bamboo shack. On its door is a symbol of a wolf biting a man's leg. The symbol of the Bounty Hunter's Guild. Inside one finds a 'very' large man, who's head almost touches the ceiling, behind a bamboo counter. He stares at you as you walk in, saying nothing. On the walls in front of the counter to the left and right are several wanted posters.
