Rules
1.Everyone Starts off as an Acadamy student aside from the Kage's, but they are Npc's, so They don't count.
2. If you wish to play a Kage, Please Pm Me and I will consider it. Note: The Kage will not count as your original charictor. The Kage's will be Premade.
3. No.... NO godmodding. I'm going to not change the original fighting style.
4. Acadamy students must stay in the acadamy at least for one day, as I wish to see that you'll be loyal.
5. You may create your own clans, but there's a limit to the number of clans in each village, and I refuse to let you just create them out of no where. You must ask me if you can create or recreate clans.
6. No one will play naruto. He's supposed to be dead. If you ask to play naruto I will ban you.
7. Ugh, I didn't think this rule'd be necesarry, but obviously It is. You can not, I repeat, CAN NOT, rp unless you send me a rpc profile first.
8. Read the news frequently!
9. NO MORE POSTING IN TWO PLACES AT ONCE! It REALLY Pisses me off.
10. I create the missions, if anyone else give you a mission, ignore it and go on with your lives.
11.Ranking missions are only to be done by a selected few to raise their rank.It will be judged on your performance
