When Jack awoke he found himself inside a cell. He tried to deploy his armor once more. But to no avail, it was either so damaged it failed to deploy of there was something blocking his powers in there.

Fixx whistles to get Jacks attention, he was standing right in front of his cell.
I'm not Monty Hall....but Lets make a deal... says Fixx, he enters a security password and walks in, a table comes up from beneath them along with two chairs. Fixx undoes Jacks cuffs and the door shuts itself.

Fixx just shrugs and takes the file folder off of the desk.
Fair enough, I'll just cut out and we'll put you in your cell. Good luck with your cellmate though.... we call him 'shanky' around here says Fixx, signalling to the guards.

Fixx waves the guards away and sits back down.

With how easy it was for me to damage you, we're going to be giving your powers a bit of a boost.....you'll recieve the Eelnats injection when you approve of the mission. The Eelnats injection had been pretty controversial..... an injection that boosted the abilities of a meta-human. The Agency was the only group that could legally use it.

What plane? You can find your way there says Fixx, Jack is quickly injected with the serum, handed his clothes, and kicked out of the building. Fixx was a busy man with a lot to do.
