Located in Moonlight's neutral harbortown is a small building with a symbol of wolf biting the leg of a man. The symbol of the Bounty Hunter's Guild. This quaint little wooden building is unassuming and inside one finds a wood counter. Behind this counter is a rough looking man with silver-gray eyes. He nods to you and goes back to sharpening a dagger he was working on. On the walls in front of the counter on the left and right are several wanted posters.
