I've seen all the way up to the very end of R2, are they planning on keeping it going a little more, or is a third season coming out?

Very end? There's at least 3 more episodes for this season.
And no, there won't be a third.

(Here's hoping for a movie, though)

They are not planning on making a third season, even though we would all like that to happen. As for a movie, that depends on how R2 ends, and yes, it hasn't ended yet. Episode 23 is coming out on anime6.org tomorrow. There will be a total of 25 episodes to R2. Most likely, they will combine 24 and 25 into a hour series finally.
