The New England Fan Experience is just around the corner. It will be held November 21-23 in Cambridge MA. I really want to go, but I've only been to Anime Boston. I was planning on only going for one day, Saturday, but from seeing the pre-reg line at AB I'm rethinking even going all together. sweatdrop I was thinking that maybe if anyone here has been or can tell me little about NEFE I might go after all. Would it be worth going if I have to stand in a line five hours long just to be there for one day? I just don't know. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

AB is a much larger con, and this years lines were a fluke. Unless you're going to a con like AB, Otakon, AX, etc... where you have numbers of 15k+ you shouldn't see lines like that.

More like a failed attempt to make reg run smoother. Seriously, the staff wasn't spending the time between cons going "hey guys, know what would be awesome... ten hour reg lines!!"

BTW, people WILLINGLY lined up at tokyokid six hours in advance a few weeks ago to pre-reg

That's right, they waited in line for 6 hours to register..
