The Watch Tower is the home base for the Justice League. It is where earths mightiest gather and is used for the base of group operations.

Orion walked through the hallway of the Watch Tower, he opened the door to the computer room, there sitting infront of the computer was J'onn J'onzz the Martian Manhunter. Orion walked over to J'onn and stood next to him, "I'm glad you could make it Orion." "I would have been here sooner...Anyway what's the situation?", he crossed his arms as he looked at the screen. "There is a earth quake in San Francisco, head down there ASAP." "Isn't that the HQ of the Teen Titans?" "Yes it is but it would not hurt to seen a League member to help out." "Alright I will report back to you when I find out what's going on!", Orion ran to the exit hanger and flew towards San Francisco.
