It is now subbed. I recommend it to those who know who the Arrancar are. Not sure where the movie fits in with the series, but I'd say if you got to where the first Arrancar show up, nothing should be spoiled.
The movie is located HERE, split into 4 parts.
I've not yet watched it, but I saw a couple minutes, looks cool. From my understanding it has a lot to do with Toshiro.
