Ok, I'm going to start off with setting up for characters and laying out rules for this RP.
1: Follow the rules of the Marvel comics universe, as set from before the civil war event. Since Marvel's been around since the 40's and has so many rules, I expect you to try, and if you mess up and are corrected about it, just make the change and move on. Even I will be likely to make mistakes on this front, so no worry's, just point them out and move on.
2: Follow guild rules. This should be obvious.
3: Try to keep with continuity up to a point. Doctor Strange does not decided to take over becuase he's the most powerful, DareDevil doesn't lose it with his enemy's and polish them off. So on and so fort.
When joining, read the rules, character skeleton, and other applications. If some one already has a character you want, sorry, but pick a new one. If some one has an original character that is very close to your own that you want to use, or has the same name, talk to the person and work something out in a mature responsible way.
4: Keep in mind that for this to work, we need both hero's and villains. Yes, you can be the bad guy.
5: Ask before you make multiple character for the Marvel Pre Civil War RP.
6: Make sure you have a separate topic for each location. If you change locations (Like Captain America goes form the Avengers Mansion to S.H.E.I.L.D. Heli fortress, then stop posting at the Avengers Mansion, and mention on the last post that your going to go to S.H.E.I.L.D. Heli fortress, and the start posting in S.H.E.I.L.D Heli Fortress.)

Name of character: Lukas Miller, AKA, Stream.
Original or Licensed: Original.
Power's, gadgets, skill's, ability's: A limited ability to manipulate the flow of the time stream within a limited range. (He can do things like vastly accelerate his speed, move partly out of the time stream to become intangible, glimpse the near fucher or the past of an area, and regenerate wounds of others if there fresh enough.) Also has a number of streetwise and outdoors mans skills.
Physical description: He has curly blond hair, which he keeps a touch long, silver eyes, and very dark skin, like he's of native American descent. He's 5'9ft, and of a medium build.
Age: 14
Personality: He's witty, and very much some one who lose his innocents before he was ready. He shrewd, but not out right ruthless. There's good in him still, but he's certainly got a dark side. Some times he seems torn between them.
Random info: He's disowned by his family, and his father is actually convinced that his powers are Demonic, that his son is possessed. Toward that end, he's trying to "purify" him. This has caused a rift in the family, as his mothers side is more accepting of him. Though he doesn't know that, all he knows is the look of utter shock his mother bore when she first discovered his ability's.
Bio/creation/ background story: He was normal till he was 6. That was the day he had his first field trip. The day a battle between the silver surfer and several of the earths mightiest hero's and villain's took place at times square. He had the misfortune to be exposed to some of the surfers power Cosmic, and absorb it. He didn't start to show signs till a couple of days later, when he first stumbled on what he could do. Speed was what came first, and this was what began the problems. inside of a week, he had left his home to escape his father. HE learned to live on the streets, add by a man he would come to call "Wiseman".

Character Name: Dante Liddell aka Iron Man Original or Licensed: Orginial Hero, Sidekick, Villian: Hero Powers: the armor gives Dante superhuman strength and physical protection. Flight, a varity of weaponary including energy projectiles, missles, flares, etc. Physical Description: Iron Man armorWithout Armor- http://thecia.com.au/reviews/m/images/mr-and-mrs-smith-7.jpg ((Has a black goatee)) Dante stands 6ft tall and weights 170lbs, very athletic and is a mixed martial artist. Age: 21 Personality: Dante is laid back, hard working, and a ladies' man to the fullest. He likes to live the high life his family and friends is close to him but he knows how to fight and tends to keep his alter ego a secret. Random Information: Dante does have several tattoos each has a meaning or something he believes in strongly. He is currently dating a model but finds it difficult to be with her due to being Iron Man. Brief Biography: Dante grew up in the southern states of America, always involved in kicking boxing, MMA and other physical activies and was popular amongest his high school friends. Talented in sports, music, business, he left to New York where he was hired by Tony Stark to work as a bodyguard and goes to college on the side. After several months of service Stark approached Dante with a promontion, to take his place as the Iron Man. After several weeks of training, Dante suited up as Iron Man.
