Get pencils with blue lead and not lead refills for mechanical pencils because the former is much cheaper. As for where to get them, I'm not sure. I'd probably check Michaels and the MH College store... I know I can get both at my school's book store.
As for outliners... Sakura micron pens for the win!

As for Linguistics, it's the easier of the two majors. >.>; I actually have an exam coming up in my Micro and Molecular Biology class. I'm crazy nervous! ><

In art school we don't have those... However, us Design majors never see the light of day, always working, and don't know the meaning of the word sleep. >.<
