Hey everybody, this is the First-Last Letter game. It's easy, but fun; all you have to do is reply to the last word posted with a new word that begins with the final letter of the previous word. For example:
I post "Famine" and you reply with "Elephantiasis" - it's pretty easy, I'll start you off:
"Infarction"

You got xylophone right, but ironically, "spelt" should be "spelled" unless you were intending to refer to the European variety of wheat.
I take your xylophone and raise you one "encyclopaedia".
