Innocent Sin translation patch

There has been a fan translation patch for Persona 2: Innocent Sin under development for several years. After a long period of inactivity, it suddenly spiked in activity this year after new team members joined the effort. As of now the translation is almost complete at 98%; at this point all that's left is to sort out some bugs and hacks.

I've been playing with the patch and I'm quite impressed with the results. =3 I even bought a USB-to-PS2 controller adapter so I could get the more authentic experence.
