Had a band/drama teacher a while back who would constantly say, "It is what it is," I just loathe the saying, now. Makes me "Gaaaah!" every time someone uses it.
Interestingly enough, my sister and I both agreed she looks amazingly like Elizabeth Weir from Star Gate Atlantis. o_O
Anyone else have any sayings that irk them or little phrases you catch yourself repeating constantly? Teachers which are actor/actress look-a-likes?

My math teacher a couple of years ago would always say "We'll cross that bridge when we come to it" whenever there was a what if... question. It got sooooo annoying!

Well, it's not a particular phrase, but more or less an attitude. You know, those people who automatically get on the defensive at anything you say at all? Irritates the crud out of me.
