ok i wanted to try my hand at making a novel so here goes, what i plan to do is post parts of the novel that i finish unfortunately i can't garentee a constant update
anyway i plan to make every entree a new post so those that are reading the novel can tell is a new entree has been made.

Chapter 1: Beginnings
"you annoy the hell out of me you know that" a man dressed in black and red armor stated as he drew a pitch black katana from a sheath on his side
"well i try, so i take it you won't be leaving here peacefully"a simular man wearing jeans and a blue t-shirt replied drawing a sword and shield
"you got that right, today i shut you up once and for all jon" the man in black replied
"you always say that dev" jon replied
both stood facing each other on a open field only grassed moved as a gently breeze passed threw
suddenly dev dashed forward with out warning, clashing his sword against jon as they locked swords and glaces both gritted there teeth against
the others attack
dev suddenly jumped back his hands glowing
"missile barrage" dev stated as thousands of bolts of energy shot from his hands and targeted jon,
jon dashed arounded and nimbly dodged the assault as he worked his way closer to dev
"let's see your speed dodge this" dev stated eyes flared with both lightning and fire "dev's fire" he announced as he slammed a hand
into the ground causing a dome of fire to surround him and expand outward inside the dome bolts of lightning jumped out from dev hitting
anything in the dome
"woah" jon shouted as he screeched to a halt just before the dome the heat burning a bit of his hair
"heh i could finished this right now you know that" dev stated with a sinister grin as he stood up and the dome vanished
"you wouldn't dare" jon stated back
"flash flood" dev announced as water pour from the earth filling it and making it rise above jon's head the battlefield was now
and ocean
"darn you dev that's not fair" jon yelled before being swallowed under jon was good at athletics and acrobatics but he never learned
to swim sure he could hold his breathe for an incrediably long time but that didn't help much if he couldn't move
"you should learn to over come your weaknesses" dev's voice echoed in jon's head as he communicated telepathically with him
"you should learn to show mercy to your oponent" jon replied
"heh so what will you do now?" dev wondered

thanks i'm trying to keep it updated but it's kinda hard i don't envy actual novel writters, not one bit

jon sat there holding his breath he was now helpless, even his speed couldn't help him now, he looked around he just needed some way to get out of the water
"just give up, and except your defeat and maybe learn from it this time" dev stated getting impactient with waiting
jon thought for a moment "hmm will it work though" he thought to himself
jon started to spin around in circles with his sword it was hard at first but he soon was builing momentum and was causing the water to move away from him
"huh?" dev watched as jon spun the water slowly parting around him
"hmm i don't think so" dev stated as he held out his hand and a large bolt of lightning shot from them striking the water
jon felt the electricity hit him enough to stop him from spinning but still be conscious
"darn...it...dev" he studdered as the water engulfed him again
"you...win"

dev drained the water and walked over to jon how was lying on the ground barely able to move
"you need to work on you're weaknesses" dev stated simply
"and you need to learn howto show mercy" jon remarked
"i did i could've finished you off if we didn't have the peace agreement" dev replied as he sheathed his swords
"yeah but then i would've tried harder" jon said a she managed himself to his feet "so what brings you to earth don't you have a space station to repair?" jon added
"i need to borrow you dragon scorch, since he is the most mechanically inclined out of everyone" dev answered
"scorch? well you'll have to ask him yourself i don'tmake his decisions" jon explained

Anything that has space and dragons has got to be good!
More juice for your muse!
(wow, now i have a scene from an old anime flick in my head of a giant dragon destroying entire galatic space fleets in a single attack, but i cant remember what it is!!!!!...Project A-KO mayhaps?)
