Now they're copying Solia.
Hmmm, let's see-
Panda Slippers??
Lunar Hairpin??
Solar Hairpin??
If that doesn't seem like a slight rip off, I don't know what is. The Pandemonium donation item on Solia came out BEFORE the panda slippers on Gaia...hum...
Lunar and Solar are harder to distinguish and maybe might not seem like it but I dunno...it really looks that way to me. Go to tektek under recent special items, it isn't a lie.

Well panda slippers were released on a different site before solia and panda slippers themselves are unoriginal.
Gaia copies alot of items
Doll ears
Black ops gear(sp?)
Oculus magica
Oculus mythica
G blade
Epic fail hat
LOLcat
And the list goes on

It just looked kind of fishy when they came through the zomg box after Solia released Pandemonium...*shrugs*Could have already been in development, but what do we know?
And of course, with those other one's, they can get away with it, so long as it's a slight variation and it's not disrupting copywrite laws. (such as naming it something else)

Black Ops Gear=meh? where's that one from? *sweatdrop*
Oculus Mythica/Magica=Deathnote (L) and ummm....I don't know what else there
G Blade=Kingdom Hearts
Just naming the Solar and Lunar things though...that's the only thing that made me look twice.

Black ops gear is from a game I'd have to ask my boyfriend he was the one that told me and showed me a picture of it EDIT: I asked him and it's from metal gear solid :3 Yes deathnote is one of them I don't even watch the show and know where it's from another one is gaara and old cartoon drawn eyes Also does this remind you of one of the items?

@Dragoon__x: I don't think so. petition's like those are usually more grouped. Example: kingdom hearts items I have never ever seen a petition just wanting a key blade. gaias not looking at petition's much. If you can find petition's with just the items posted in the above reply's then you were right. But let me show you something I noticed a while. GAIA'S PLOT unoriginal. jak & santa's finale battle I'm reminded of Naruto & sasukes fight the earlyer part of the fight they had while sasuke was running away to orchimaru. but the end of jak & santas fight is like naruto & sasukes fight when kakashi steps in & throws them both. the masked guy steps in in gaia though. & everyone gets shot "& everyone knew ::incert username here:: was shot" look at page seven "ian of Aekea must must die" now look at: John Tucker Must Die did we make a petition for that? p.s sorry for all the spelling & grammer/what I missed & stuff its 4am so I'm dead

Cubia- Oh wow. You brought up a very interesting point. I didn't even look into that one either. Hmmm, I was mostly wondering about the item issue, but...
As far as petition's go, I don't remember any from back when the items were first made (i.E. the Ninja headband) but there's a few now yammering for more Naruto things (gourds, hairstyle etc)
I do know that some of the Panda quest items fell under that category (but don't quote me on it really, because I think I might be thinking of something else) with the Kunai thingy and the Ninja star.
And yeah, same goes for Kingdom Hearts things. There's petitions for them now, but when the item first came out though...I might have to go scrounging around for them.
Some petitions were heard though, like the "typing in letters thing before posting in certain areas" to prevent botting. But other than that one, I don't really think they listen.

Because theyre not close enough to those to be an infringement. No the dragon quest game the slimes came in all kinds of colors and as do the puffs. I do not play final fantasy so I would not know about much from it cool

@kikirin~sakyomi: I didn't etheir I just noticed them a while ago & flipped out about it. I'm a nerd when it comes to plots on any story.
but yeah they aren't alot of them are over the amount of sings required & nothing. I think it was 1 grand but not sure.
But, the point of plot slightly blows away the thought of it being a petion.
it was for money. Ninja head bans came out when rely naruto was popular & the G-blade came out when kingdom hearts was rely popular.
gaia would rank in the cash if people saw those items
-tax was added so gaian's would have less money & spend it quicker so they'd buy more cash stuff
-with the edition of pixles based off of popular anime & games it would want fans f them to want it.
-IE's is another way to make extra cash
-I think its the zOMG! Rumble Box? with the chance of getting in the battle system early they must make alot of money off of it.
-then theres the cash shop time limit for each iteam, this pressures the buyer into getting it untill there gone for good.
But I seemed to have strayed from the topic the point was the items were for money I think. But of course if we confrounted gaia on this they'd probably find one to say were wrong =/

hahahahaahahhaahahahahahaha! wow I haven't realized how much the two look alike. That is hilariously, horribly sad. I think the people at Gaia think they need to make Gaia more like MySpace and Facebook because they think that if they do, then Gaia will have more users. But the thing they don't realize is that most Gaians are here because it is nothing like MySpace and Facebook.
