The Virgon plateau is a massive area most every landscape imaginable. Three are three countries on the plateau.
The First country is New Caprica.
New Caprica is the most Technologically Advanced of the three nations Having air and navel ships And weapons of mass destruction(Nukes, charged particle cannons). But unlike the other Two nations New Caprica VERY few magic users. And the magic uses that there are they are still pretty weak compared to magic users of the other nations. 400 years ago at the fall of Caprica most of the magic users in Caprica where wiped out in the last great war and those that where not fled to the other nations And so for next 200 years because of this New Caprica was the weakest of the Three nations But new Caprica had to make for that so they turned to science as the answer and has gain much power to being able to revile the other Two nations. New Caprica unlike the other two nations has a democratic system in place. New Caprica being the native home of the dragons have had Dragon and Human’s alike being the rulers.
The current leader of New Caprica is Bane a Ruby colored dragon Like all other rules before him he has urged Technological advancement.

The second country is New Caledonia
New Caledonia is the opposite of New Caprica. New Caledonia Have very little technology and there ships are nothing more than wooden sailing ships of those in the 1600’s. But unlike New Caprica New Caledonia Has many magic users 95% of there population are magic users. The reason for this is that During the fall of Caledonia a rare element called iridium was dumped in to the nations water supple killing 40% of the countries population but those that survived where gifted with magic at a much higher level then the other two nation enabling them to crate spells of incredible power and magnitude enabling them to reach a destructive power of equal to that of new Caprica’s super weapons. New Caledonia’s has a monarchy system in place. New Caledonia is the home of the elves.
The current leader of New Caledonia is Ariel a dark elf.

The final country is Terra nova
Terra is the combination of the New Caprica and New Caledonia while not as technologically advanced as New Caprica and not as adept in magic as New Caledonia, terra use magic to enhance there weapons so they have nuclear weapons but they are not nearly as powerful as New Caprica’s So they boost there weapons with magic. Terra nova is the only one of three great nations not to self destruct in it history. There for making it the oldest of the three. Terra nova is home to the werewolf. Terra nova is technologically at modern day level.

Bio: Dresden was born in the Virgon mountains. As a hatchling He showed a higher than normal interest in science and later became a bio-engineer Designing more then half of New Caprica’s War ships. Dresden is one of the Most respected engineer’s in the Lockheed skunkworks.
Looks:A 15 foot long jet black dragon. Has a 60 foot wingspan with 3 feet long irovy white horn and 4 1/2 inch claws. The scales on Dresden are falter and smoother on Dresden's belly but are thicker. On his back and trailing up his neck and down his are a row of razor sharp spikes Except for where the neck connects with the body there is a gap there. Dresden's wing membranes are flat black. Each wing has one white spike at each end. Dresden's tail is 7 and half feet long.
Powers: can breath fire

Bio: Sabathius wanders from town to town makeing money with his silver tounge either by singing, or entertaining the towns folk in other ways...
Always ready to defend himself since his kind is ussually sent out of town once too many people find out his true identity and mind set.
Looks: Sabathius is an impressively built satyr, 6' exactly, well muscled, flowing reddish brown hair, and a tattoo of a dragon on his right fore arm.
Powers: besides being an adept and agile fighter with pole arms, Sabathius is a master of persuassion and seduction.

bio: not having much memory of when he was born or who raised him Kal would emerse himself in nature digging into his own mind, searching for those forgotten memories, while studying the wildlife around him. Never quick on his feet, he was never a good fighter. He is usually clumsy and ends up hurting himself most of the time. His clumsyness earned him the nickname kalamity wulf. He almost never thinks positive and always seems depressed.
looks: Kal is a dark brown wolf with black markings on his muzzle. he has a hunched possition most of the time and has bags under his eyes. he has light brown hair that goes to the birdge of his nose. he has a height of 5"

Bio: Dominick was kidnapped and placed in the Black Market as a slave, he had been passed around since he was a child. Although back then he had another form, one of an anthro, since he was the slave of mostly humans they had never deflowered him in such ways. He did mostly grunt work, cleaning and other things the like. But unfortunately his latest Master had discovered his ability, Dominick could go back and forth through great pains from anthro to human and back again. So, the boy had undergone much experimentation. Leaving him, in some ways masochistic.
Years after the initial discovery, the Manor where the Master had lived was raided and Dominick was placed into the Government of Terra Nova. Moving from foster home to foster home he was able to own a place of his own, and spends most of his time working for a book store owner.
