I just thought this might be interesting. :]
I always thought that Holly would hook up with Trouble, that one guy mentioned at the end of The Lost Colony, you know, the new commander guy who they said was a beetch? would become the new antagonist, & Colfer would force me to murder him by pairing Arty with Minerva.
... Glad THAT didn't happen. rofl
Anyway, anyone else's thoughts?

That's about it, actually. Although I also wondered if Spiro would somehow break out. Plus, I had heard somewhere that it would include a quack hypnotherapist...I'm kinda sad that wasn't the case. ;(

I thought Butler was DEAD. You know, where he got shot? D:
That made me sad, even if the 'death' wasn't permanent. It really, really made me sad.
Glad he lived. 8D
._. I also thought that I'd see Julius through til the end, and unfortunately, that wish never came true. Oh... wait... Commander Root, not Julius.

Now, now. There's one thing that maybe my idealistic mind was hoping for.
I wanted Leon to reform. DD: Why did this not happen?
Or maybe I'm just biased as I have an OC named Leon. v.v

I sincerely believed that Holly and Trouble would end up together, and I was severely disappointed with the outcome of that particular pairing. I also thought that Trouble Kelp would play a larger role in the events of The Time Paradox and The Atlantis Complex. He showed a great deal of promise in The Artemis Fowl Files and earlier books: he seemed to be quite an interesting character, and I wish we could have seen more of him. Also, I expected a lot more drama and action in The Atlantis Complex then was delivered: for example, I had hoped for more than one probe to be hijacked.

I have learned that if the scene contains the point of veiw of the person you think is gonna die, he's not gonna die. I had high hopes for Vinyaya, *spoiler* but, alas, she died. to be honest, I thought foaly was gonna die in Atlantis complex, and I wanted more multiple personalities from Artemis, instead of only one. that would have been fun.

I agree, more personalities would have been fun. *Kinda Spoiler* I also thought that the villain would be Koboi. The one from the past is still running around...8th book?
