Really. The first one was good, in the way that it was so bad that it was good. The others SUCKED, most especially the Source. I think I'd watch 3 before I'd submit myself to that level of pure S!@$.... And that's REALLY saying something.
Without a Queen soundtrack, Sean Connery or some seriously enthralling, non-retread plot, this movie is doomed.... I think Kevin McKidd would do a great job, but I don't think this remake/sequel/whatever is at ALL worth it. Given the 5 live action movies, animated series and anime movie all were pretty iffy, I think the dead horse needs to be left alone.

Honestly I only watched the series, though I think I may have watched one or two of the movies, not in any particular order. I think they should've stopped with the series, it only went downhill afterward...
