Avantasia, I guess isn't really a band, it's more of a project, led by the frontman by Edguy, Tobias Sammett (Sammet?). Random fact, the bands names came from combining the words Avalon and Fantasia... yep.
The band was created in 1999, and is a symphonic and power metal band.
Feeling kinda lazy so I'll write more on them later and skip right on to the links... oh right, my favorite song by them was Neverland, and Lost In Space is a good song from their newest album.
