This would be the place to discuss your ways of self medicating, but try your hardest not to overstep the TOS. Don't stress over it, I mean, they hardly enforce it anyway.

Alcohol = BAD idea. Trust me.
Alcohol + Ritalin = worse idea.
Extra ritalin = not bad, but makes you spaz.
Pot: works better than anything that's prescribed.

well, I personally don't dabble in alcahol or substance abuse. I can't even spell it! This is going to sound gross, but i used sexual activity all through high school as a mood stabilizer. By junior year, I had it figured out I needed to get off once or twice a week to stay stable. It had to be with someone else, so masterbating didn't count.

I'm bi. And I kept the same guy around for over two years. I was only comfortable with a few people at that level.

Technospaceman Self medication can be a good thing, if you do it right. Not always, you have to know what to take and set your own limits. And, not get caught.
