I don't lie when I say this. Ever since the start of the school year I've been so busy. I have homework, papers to write, quizzes to study for and I have to make time to practice for band. It's too much for a 16 year old to handle. Because I haven't been able to exercise at ALL my weight hasn't gone down! But, it hasn't gone up that's for sure.. because I'm still eating healthy. I would think that the fact that I am rushing to classes each day would be enough exercise but noo. My DDR mat hasn't been used for about 2 weeks. I don't know how I'm supposed to get any exercise. When I get home, I'm pretty much tired and I rest. Then I get up and do my homework which takes awhile, then I eat dinner and take a shower. By the time this is all done it's already 10. I usually go to bed at 10 so I can get enough sleep. So anyway... what do I do? I need to get some exercise in!
