My tears still fall My heart still breaks My nights are lonely and my days I spend waisting away As I cruz the streets under the star light and street lights Running on roads I havent been on for awhile I race back to yesteryear And watch my pain disappear As the sun rises I close my eyes And wish I could fly Cuz I'd fly away from here As I cruz drinking beer I drown my sorrows and hide my tears Because my tears still fall My heart still beraks And my nights are oh so lonely Since you left me

Not sure I appericate the language used in this poem. If you wanna use slang, than make the whole poem consist of it and not just words here and there.
Free form, so can't say much about it but the rhyme does weaken it in lines 8 and 9
Like the repetition and the returning back to tears.
Has no real meaning to me and I cannot find the meaning within it. I was looking for the root of the narrators falling tears and broken heart and only find him woalking around aimlessly. I guess if you expressed this protagnoists problem in the poem it would be decent.

A few times I didn't realize you were using slang and thought you had misspelled a couple of words because of other errors I saw, so fixing the spelling would help. I also like to see punctuation to help the rhythm of the poem. It was pretty good, but a bit confusing and I had to reread a couple of lines to figure out what was being said. I did like the last few lines and thought that was really good way to end it whee

I don't like how you spelled cruise and made other purposeful mistakes. It was ok, but try to spell out your words next time.

I like the first half of the poem a lot, not sure how I feel about the rest. I didn't like the drinking and driving part, but whatever. I love the title, and really liked the word yesteryear, you don't see it that often.
