this is where the leader of the protectors stays. It is a 3 story mansion seperated in two parts by a lake. There is a bridge to cross the lake from one part to the other. One side is the Leaders office, where there is the meeting room and the office. The other side is the leaders house.

*Kohane entered the house section of the mansion. Normally, she would have sat down on her silken couch and read something. But today, something was troubling her.*
"I should go relax......"
*Kohane wobbled out the door toward the waterfall in the forest of the protector base*

*after going to the lake, Kohane reentered her house, this time feeling fine. She ate the dinner Sakura had left her and went to took a bath. After refreshing herself, she went to the training grounds to get some practice of her own*

"ok."*Kana looked at the pictures on the shelf.She came across one that had a group of peopl on it,all in Protector uniform. 2 adults in the fron caught her attention:the female looked exactly like Kana,except she had blue eyes,and the man next to her had black hair,but Kana's eyes.*

*kohane finished her shower and was fully dressed. She took the picture off the shelf and looked at it with eyes of sadness and longing,*
"those two were my top Elite. They were so loyal to me. They served me so well."
*Then her voice dropped to barel a whisper*
"They died protecting me..."

*Kana turned away and took something out of her back pocket.It was a necklace with a blue cresent pendant with a ruby stud at the top*"Keira and Agato.....my mother and father."*she turned quickly to Kohane*"How did you know them?they died 10 years ago........didn't they?at least.....they didn't?that's when they left me.I thought i saw them 3 years ago....i wasn't dreaming after all!!!!!"

"Never speak that way! They gave you this life. You owe it to them to be all you can. They gave me my life. So by protecting myself I am protecting them. The same goes for you. Protect yourself with all your heart, and know you are making them proud."
*Kohane drew herself up and headed out the door.*
"Come on Kana. Lets start your assesment."
