True, Gaddafi was anti-soviet and remains against it. but mostly based on it's anti-religious tendency. Gaddafi's Libya is notable because has had success in bringing things normally only first world countries and, err, Cuba have managed to do. Jamahiriyan Socialism, if stripped of it's religious bias, is vastly preferable to Social Democracy and yadda yadda yadda.
