I've never been hacked because I'm shy from forums, mostly. I'm an old user, but I don't always dress rich. I have had a number of times where people tried to brute force their way into my account, and I've been banned for 15 minutes, but I just kept making my password harder.
I have gotten a lot of people who tried to scam me, but I'm good at reporting that stuff.

I did, once. Due to greed. One of my best friends, who had mounds of gold in her account, sent me one of those fake 'enter your pass for gold!' things. I was so desperate for gold, I entered my pass.. She made off with everything I had. Good thing for the hack forum, though. xD I got all the items she made off with back by reporting all the items I had in my inventory beforehand.
THE MORAL OF THIS STORY IS, EVEN IF IT'S YOUR BEST FRIEND, EVEN IF YOU'RE REALLY DESPERATE FOR GOLD, DON'T TRUST PASSWORD SCAMS!

No since I'm not stupid, plus I never post anymore. And it'd be impossible for someone to get to my account by just random guessing sinces it like numbers and words. So I say good luck to hacks. d: I've been tried before though... I laughed at it and reported. :3 I've had friends hacked before. For the first person they just got hacked and the person didn't do s**t just changed the pass, the other account everything was taken, deleted and changed. This girl stalked me and reported me alot and I got banned for harassment when I NEVER bothered her except for telling her to leave ME alone I also been hacked a few times and lost my AFK, golden laurels,coco,kiki and alot of my other items emo never saw them again...

Yeah, my best friend in real life got reported for harassment though she didn't do ANYTHING. She wasn't really rich, but her account was like her pride and joy. ;_; She still hasn't gotten it back.. I feel sorry for her.

Valerie Vomit I ever got any of my accounts/items back I sent them an email... A year later I got a reply it said "You're not going to get your account back have a nice day" that is what it said exactly ._. I got my account in 4 months tops [with Gaia claiming it had only been a month.. stare Maybe in their world..] but only 'cause I got hacked, not reported. >_< My friend got those kind of emails too! But she's not giving up, she really wants her account back.

I have never been hacked thank goodness. Cause it wont be pretty for anyone when I get hacked XD
Though the first time I got one of those scammer emails saying you will be banned scared me Dx I almost wet my pants and went with it. Then I remembered the whole we wont ask for password. . . and was like - 3- . . . . -reports-
Also a friend of mine got hacked once. It's been two years since then. Just recently had she got her account back. Though all her items were gone. After two years later!

i was hacked of only 2 items oddly
elemental wings and hair 1 was a gift from my friend the other it took a long time to get .... i even have proof and i knw whho hacked me..
and i havent gotten my stuff back.

I've never been hacked, which I am very thankful for. If I do get hacked, no one will hear the end of it. x3
But I did once recive the scammer/hacker Private Message and even though I knew it was a hacker, I have to say, my heart skipped a beat.
I was very tempted to reply to the message telling the hacker that they were an idiot but just simply clicked the report button.
I've had some friends who were hacked, one of them actually tried to scam me saying they were hacked and they wanted to know if I'd give my password so I could lend some gold. Yeah...I am not that dumb. Luckily, most of my friends who were hacked managed to get everything back.
I am pretty careful these days, I change my password frequeintly and since the new update is most likely and unfortunately going to pass through, I'm going to be extra cautious.
And I agree, that is tottaly harsh and unfair that they told you that you'd never get your account back. Seesh. Doesn't that say that they care about their users? [henceSarcasm] At least investigate into the matter before assuming and taking someone's account away. How fair is that?

I was hacked once and used for password scaming. It was right around easter too. My mind went 'HAPPY EASTER! from: the gaia staff' as i read the 'your blocked' page. I remeber how the scamer got my password. I was stupid and entered my account into a fake gaia. Man did i feel stupid when I got what I did.

----------------------------------------------------- I was hacked, I don't even know if thats the proper thing to say because nothing was taken, I just couldn't get on so I logged on to my email to find out what happened and my password had been changed to a bunch of random numbers and letters. O.o It was quite weird, and I still don't know who did it or what exactly happened. ----------------------------------------------------
