Hmmm... Here's a few tips to look good: DON'T GORGE AT SLEEPOVERS! I noes from past experiences, it's all good now tho. Ummm... I do 30 mins of DDR a day. It sounds wierd, but it works out alot of your muscles. Eat at least 1 fruit per meal too.

Here's one.
Did you know that 90% of people in the US are at a constant state of mild dehydration?
And did you know that the mind's receptor for hunger is almost identical to thirst which may lead you to eat when actually what you want is water?
So, when you want to eat here's what I do.
Gulp down a full glass of water. Wait ten minutes. At times you'll find yourself not compelled to eat anymore since you were actually thirsty not hungry. So you eat less, and since the body doesn't think water is scarce anymore it'll start to make you pee more which is great for your kidneys and you'll lose that water weight.
other suggestions hrmmm.... get an enema. uncomfortable but effective lol.
Someone I know who was 200 pounds and dropped about 80 of it over the course of a year (she was one about 5 ft so 120 while sounds low is where she should be at) All she did was take red meat out of her diet and exercise.
Above all--do CARDIO. No not taking a walk or lifting a few weights. CARDIO.
