Hotel Teacher Room #3 Lucifex Tatsumi(ya) ((Credit goes to ShadowOfIce for making this one))The rooms are made for about five students each, and have tatami mats and paper screen doors, a large window taking up the size of the entire wall with a view over all of Kyoto, and the proper rooms like a kitchen, bathroom, and spare room for them to sleep. Overall it’s got an older style of 1800s Japan, much like the entire hotel, but despite its older feel it’s still a very comfortable room.

[Tatsumi enters from the Hall] "Seems it hasn't changed a bit." He murmured to himself as he entered the room. Truth be told, this wasn't Tatsumi's first time at this hotel. In his three times in Kyoto, this was his second time setting foot in one of these rooms. Apparently, it was virtually the same as it was since the last time he was here, which was a little over a year ago.
Putting that thought aside though, he quickly locked the door behind him before he began to unpack. His first bag, the backpack he had been carrying was most of the regularly required things for a trip. Essentials, cloths, ect. There was his paperwork too on the students, but that was more of a personal thing. The second was the case he always carried. He kept that close to him the entire time he unpacked, putting it on his bed as he sat at the end of it, grabbing the largest case and bringing it to a corner of the room. The case had to be wheeled the whole time due to it's sheer size and weight, but he only opened it quickly, briefly observing to see if what was inside was still safe and undamaged during the trip. Noticing it was, he left the case alone, even putting one of the drapes from the curtains over it so no one noticed it right away. Even if someone did try to get in though or find this case, he felt it was safe, the electrically charged locks always were a failsafe.
Overall, once he finished unpacking, Tatsumi decided to wait. He knew that very soon his client would arrive or send him notice, and he needed to keep his patience, nor be bothered by any students. He needed to keep his focus.

A gentle knock is heard on the door, followed by a female sounding voice.
"Room service."

With a heavy sigh, Tatsumi had removed a small black capsule from the backpack which had all of his trip essentials. Opening it, he poured out into his gloved palm what looked like a gray pill that was thin but about an inch long. Having lost most of his senses of taste, he simply swallowed the pill with ease, not even needing a glass of water to wash it down before he put the container away, not wanting to lose track of where it was.
He took a short view out the window from his room, mildly enjoying the view, but he didn't let himself get distracted as he was about to do some writing, feeling that over the time in the train ride, he had a few more notes on the students he could write. But before he had the chance, there was a knock at the door. He recognized the voice pretty quickly, and promptly made his way to the door.
A dull look on his eyes, never showing much hint of an emotion as he had a taciturn expression and way of speaking, he simply opened the door with a blunt- "Come in." Not seeming all to surprised, nor affected by her coming here. He was expecting to see her after all. He already made sure to close the door behind him, seeing that no students were around to see what happened. He wanted to make sure that there were no leaks or flaws in his cover.
"You're late. Where the others causing you that much trouble, Chigusa-san?"

[Enters from Hallways]
"Just...don't ask."
Chigusa said quite bluntly as she reached into one of the apron pockets that she wore, pulling out her trademark pair of round glasses, which she slid on as she took a seat at the table. She met his cold emotionless stare with a sarcastic and irritated stare, indicating that she clearly was in no mood for ******** around, she had to deal with a mini-version of Tatsumi, a hyperactive loli goth and a dog/ninja with anger issues, not to mention a drunk a**...it was clear that her day had been full of surprises.
She crossed both her legs as she leant back into the chair comfortably, placing one hand on her knee and the other in her lap as she did, still giving Tatsumi that glare, the sort that would intimidate most, though she was sure that he definitely wouldn't be fazed by that.
"Now down to business...I'm sure you know what the details are?"

Hmph, sounds like the others in the group must not have been to her liking. Then again, Chigusa came off as a person who was easily stressed or angered, so it could have probably been any small thing to upset her. Either way, if she was having problems with the others, then there was a really good chance he wasn't going to like them either.
Sitting at the other end of the table that Chigusa, finding her tone to be nothing but words in the wind, he crossed his arms in front of his chest, leaning back a bit as the two got down to the mission. They needed to be crystal clear on everything from this point on, he always made sure his missions, or the ones he participated in were carried out flawlessly. "I understood it, though there are still many... loopholes that may be a problem." He said bluntly, one of his hands taking a moment to adjust his glasses while he never took his eyes off of her and began to go all the details and concerns he had. "I can see what I can do about most of the students, but I will not be able to distract them all. Although, I've seen the letter Negi has, and I should be able to intercept that with ease, you just give the word. Then there is your other employers for this mission. Are you sure they are reliable and will be able to carry out there tasks? Normally I work alone only because the others slow me down. And finally-" Taking a quick breath, his tone changed ever so slightly, sounding just a little concerned, but it was hardly noticeable. "-you don't look so well. That won't hinder your performance, will it?"

Indeed, Chigusa was someone who was easily angered by the incompetence or stupidity of others, though she had the patience of a god so the two traded each other off and eliminated the pros and cons each gave. If Tatsumi was like this with nearly every person he meet, he definitely would not like any of the mercenaries she had hired, with the exception of Fate...he was the only good one of the four.
"I am aware of these...loopholes and the ones you are unable to keep completely busy, the others will take care of those problems."
She replied in a slightly more calmer tone, all this chaos that had happened today, lizards appearing...why did she have to chose lizards? Why couldn't she take another animal that wasn't prone to make loud noise, trying to keep Kotaru and Kenneth on leashes and now having to push another trolley around, instead this one was filled with sheets instead of bando boxes, it was all starting to give her a headache. But then something caught her attention slightly, the ever so slight change in tone. Odd, a rare thing from Tatsumi.
"I'm fine...just a minor headache. It will pass...eventually."

"If you say so.."Even though she assured him that this will go effectively, he still had heavy doubts on the others, he doubted they would be capable judging by how Chigusa seemed to think of them. None the less, he would have to take her word for it and go with the plan as is. Though he still had to check with one last thing. "What about Negi? He apparently has a letter that I beleive has to do with the Kansai magic society. Chances are, he won't deliver it today, so if all goes to plan this evening, I can intercept that if you wish. I think it would be a good collateral." Thinking strategically, he proved that even though he was a proffesional bounty hunter and assassin, he was also quite a tactician, and used his head more than his weaponry.

"That is taken care off. If he fails, then you may step in and use whatever you deem is necessary to keep that letter from getting to its destination...though if everything does go to plan, feel free to do that."
Chigusa finished of with a deep sigh, placing her hand on her forehead while allowing her head to fall back. She rubbed her temples with that one hand for a minute before looking back up at Tatsumi, the headache was starting to get to her.
"Now is the matter of waiting for the time to strike...which will be soon. Once these tykes go to sleep, then we can initiate the operation."

Interesting, it seems she had really taken care of this from every angle, and had it completely planned out. Then again, she had what he deemed to be a tactical mind, and she was technically 'the brains' of this operation since she was leading it. Standing up from his seat, Tatsumi approached his bag and case, looking for those final notes he had been able to write within the past few hours since he had given her his last back on the train, he rummaged through his bag for a bit while he spoke. "I'm one step ahead of you there. I've kept watch on the late evenings this week at the academy, just to see who follows what kind of sleeping schedule." Pulling out a single sheet of paper among a pile within his folder, being at least another twenty or thirty sheets of paper within, he also looked through on the side pocket of his bag while he held the paper. There were three capsules there, one being filled with the personal medication he just took, and the other two for a broader variety of symptoms, non-prescription.
"Here." Walking back to the table, he handed her a single sheet with a list of all the students’ names, and next to them being two times. "These are the typical sleeping schedules of most of the students. You'll find that not all of them will be asleep when we put this plan into action. Again, I'll see what can be done though; I just figured you would want to see this." Beside the paper, he opened the capsule and poured out a single, miniscule pill before her. "Take it. It helps keep the mind sharp while simultaneously numbing any sort of mental pains."

[OOC// Yeah, 'painkillers'. xDD ]
Chigusa had made sure that this would all go to plan, she had ployed and plotted this for far to long just to watch it go up in flames and burn to cinders, it had to come to fruition. Grabbing the sheets of paper, she skimmed through them one by one, reading very little before placing them on the table. She then had a look at the sleeping schedules, that could cause minor difficulties but nothing the others couldn't handle, they were teenagers for gods sake. Though when he popped the pill before her, she picked it up, skeptical at first but she placed it in her mouth and swallowed it.
"Thank you."

((Not necessarily. After all, why would a man who doesn't feel pain, need painkillers? >:3 No biggy though, you'll find out eventually. xD ))
Silently, Tatsumi already was walking back over towards his equipment. He knelt down and opened tat mysterious instrument case of his that he always carried with him, but he opened it with the case facing him, so she wouldn't be able to see inside from that angle. There were a few strange noises, like something heavy was being shifted, then the sound of a brief buzz like electricity, and then like a gun or some strange mechanism had been prepared or loaded. As he was preparing himself, feeling that there wasn't anything else needed to be said, he was surprised to see that she had remained here. Then again, she probably just needed a place to remain until the time came. He didn't forget about his own part of the mission, but he was a little curious as to what he next step would be.
Keeping his attention to that case of his as he continued to run a brief check through it, he was enjoying the silence, but there was something that he had on his mind. It had been bothering him for awhile now, and he needed to know. After all, in every mission he took, he always preferred knowing the reasoning behind it all. "There's one question of mine you've never answered back when you first hired me." He began, sounding off with that usual, blunt tone of his before he looked up from his case, his eyes still possessing that dull, cold look the entire time as he brought up a question that he had no idea would have been so personal. "Why is it that you want to crush the Kantou and Kansai Magic Associations?"

[OOC// Too drug people with, I feel victim to this at BattleTech last night...its ironic... xD ]
Chigusa wasn't really paying any attention to what he was doing at the moment, she was currently flipping through the papers, but this time reading and examining them more thoroughly, the pain was starting to ease up which she presumed was part of the pills job. The strange noises at first made her slightly curious, but then she heard the clicking noises and automatically through some kind of illegal customised slug throwing rifle. He then popped the question again, looking over at him with another stare, she replied just as bluntly as he spoke.
"That is non of your concern Tatsumi-san."

((*laughs* Well as stated, it helps the mind be sharper and clearer. But it's nothing to worry about. ^^; I'll get into detial on his equipment soon enough. *nods* ))
"Actually-" He began, closing the case and now holding it firmly in his right hand as he stood up. His eyes were still fixated on hers as he continued, those icy cold eyes of his not even seeming to blink. "-it does. I take my missions based on it's reasoning. I'm not a killer for the sake of just killing, I execute missions for important reasons." As he said this, his tone almost began to sound somewhat threatning. Not like he was going to hurt her, but like he was giving her a fair warning. He would carry out this mission regardless, but once it was complete....
"Your answer and reasons will dictate whether I become your friend or foe once this is all over."

[OOC// Oh thank god, it wasn't a magic pill. xD ]
Chigusa's eyes slowly widened up slightly, not into a stance where she were shocked or frightened, but one where common sense said that maybe pissing this man off might not be a good idea. Giving a deep sigh, she placed the papers back down on the desk and continued to look at the papers, away from Tatsumi, her eyes burning with hatred. Not directed at him, but something else.
"The blood of my parents stains their hands..."
It was clear that this was a difficult subject for her to speak on, although it was hardly noticeable, there was a slight tremble in her tone...somewhat one of a misguided child fueled by hatred and want for vengeance.
"...and I will make sure that they pay dearly."
