The harbor itself is composed of many missile launch pads scattered around the surrounding waterfront. The military uses this place for missile testing, as well as a place for their navy to make their base of operations. The majority of ships stationed here are aircraft carriers. The wide-open space of the harbor make eliminating targets that much easier for the airforce.
