Umm. I doubt the guild would get banned for yaoi.
There happens to be an actual yaoi guild that has been around since I think 2004 and hasn't been banned yet. So I think you'll be safe with some nudity, just put a warning before maybe. And if they look at it knowing they will be offended then it's their fault.
