Whoa guys, I'm back.
It's been awhile.. actually a few months.
I have been looking over all of my old progress, and honestly, wow.
I was doing horribly. x ] H-0-R-R-I-B-L-E
I now have a plan for myself though.
Instead of binging and then starving myself
Like I used to, not even realizing it, I have started the point system;
and I am now back to make sure I maintain and stay healthy,while gradually losing weight. = ]

Starting weight: 135
Goal: To get to at least 125 or have a flat stomach
Weight lost: 7 pounds!!!
current weight: 128


Btw I'm a computer nerd.

Today 22 points in total
Used up: 22 points
6 small meals.

5 out of 8 cups of water

1: Apple = 1 points
2: Ham and Cheese, juice = 7 points
3:low fat Yogurt = 5 points
4:ONE slice of small pizza = 6 points
5:Banana = 2 points
6: None..

Used up 21 out of 22 points

Side notes: I feel happy. = ]

October 17th

How many points I want to consume today: 25
how many used so far: 30 D x

not a good day.
1. 2 granola bars and a banana = 8 points
2. ham + cheese + juice = 9 points
3. yogurt =5 points
4.apple = 1 point
5. chicken = probably 5 points
6. a banana = 2 points

Side notes: Need to record times, tomorrow don't eat two granola bars cause I want more points for dinner. 1 granola = 3 points

Juice = 1 point. instead of juice,should use water.
Don't eat two granolas tomorrow.
Drink more water

October 18th

My meal plan
1. granola bar=2 points (9:00)
2 Banana = 2 points (12:00)
3. Apple = 1 point (1:00)
4. I had food from stephanies (probably around 10-15 pt.s)
5. 4 glasses of water


October 19th


Sunday, my pleasure day x ]

1.yogurt

3.eggs
4.quesadillas from the outback :] 6 out of 8
5. part of a honeycrisp apple

Yay. I must've spent over 22 points because of the outback but that's ok because today was my pleasure day and I can reward myself. =]


October 20th


How many points all together today: 20.5 Wow I am proud of myself x ]
1.An apple= 2 point
2.Ham and cheese sandwich (wheat bread), apple, juice=8 points (special circumstance)
3.granola bar= 2 points
4. half of a "subway melt"=8.5

October 18th
I can feel myself losing weight. ; ]
I haven't recently weighed myself but I'm guessing that my starting weight was 135 (last time I checked). I will see if there is a scale at my dad's house or something and weigh myself then post a more recent weight. I got a cool tip today from a friend on how to get a flat stomach. To do this you should consistently suck in your stomach, because not only will it later on help you get a flat stomach, but it will help your posture and your back. I have a horrible back x ]

I can't help but admire myself in a mirror.
I've only been doing points for 5 days and my stomach is becoming smaller as well as I am two sizes down in pants. = D
I have a feeling this is working.

Good Progress Devil, how do you find the point system with your diet? Do you notice any difference after using it? Do you feel hungry on it either?

I feel that the point system is really useful to use with dieting because it really does change your mind, and body, maybe not as fast as you'd like but at a steady pace. When I first started, I felt hungry. However I began to grow a smaller appetite, and I've noticed how much less I could be eating, and I've noticed how much I've actually been over eating. (If that makes much sense) Now, I'm eating smaller portions and spreading it out through the day, and I've also noticed that after those portions I'm not hungry anymore, while people I know have the same meal, sometimes have three times more than I do, and I can see how much more they weigh. I can see and feel myself getting smaller gradually. 3nodding But of course, it's not just about the portion size, it's about the meals too and points.

So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, the point system has helped me the most out of anything I've tried. It's simple, and very useful, and you don't have to starve yourself. 3nodding
