Demonic Ice Floor

Effect: The user uses there ability to control water and solidifies the water beneath them into a solid ice floor. The user then melts into it and has the ability to transport through the ice instaniously but at the cost of emense chakra. The user can emerge upward from the ice at any point in time and strike the opponent. The ice is not truly ice cause it does not melt under fire and can take any blow that the ground could. It has a radius fo 10 meters.
