Well, it also helps to be active in the guild itself (especially the Library and Training Center).

But it seems like only a few of us are doing that. xD;

If you're trying to grow this guild to be FF8 rp place, you might also want to inform other Final Fantasy guilds about yourself and encourage people to join here also. Have you tried that already?
