Hey! You may have noticed that we have new sub-forums at the top. These were mainly made for more of a house keeping idea to keep everything and all the topics in order and relevant so its made easier for access for everyone! At the moment there are four sub-forums:

- Nutrition: The forum where any questions & information related to Nutrition, Diet and Food are placed
- Journals: The forum where everyones progress journals will be placed
- Exercise (coming soon): The forum where questions and information about exercising will be made
- Life Issues: The forum where all fellow members can let out all their problems.

This current forum or the Main forum will be the area for general discussion or off-topicness where people can chat about what they like (provided it's within proper boundaries) and to have fun where everyone can get to know each other. Any other non-related questions or queries go here also smile
