Since I can't find the answer anywhere on the internet, I guess I'll ask fellow guild members.
Story: You see, the only thing my house right now that I have (since my parents haven't gone grocery shopping) is Sunflower seeds. They are David Sunflower seeds ORIGINAL.
Question: Are they healthy to eat? Should I have it? And if you could, limit to how many I should have?
UGH, I'm clueless D:

Yep, they are very healthy to eat. Sunflower oil found in the seeds are mono & poly unsaturated fats. These fats are healthy and are needed in the body for for various functions, including hormone production. They also don't get stored as fat (unless your eating LOADS of healthy fat) and in fact mono & poly unsaturated fat help you LOSE fat as it aids in the breakdown and oxidation of fat in the body.
Sunflower seeds are also excellent for dietary fiber and decent in protein. They also have a good source of Vitamin E and B Vitamins and also minerals like zinc, calcium, magnesium. As far as im aware they are lower in calories than other seeds/nuts.
