 A little about me: Current Loss: 3kg
I'm a 25 year old mother of 2.
My sons are 8 and 5.
I am taken by a wonderful man who is 17.
I am flying to America to see him on his birthday which is December 19th.
I live in Australia
The Situation:
Where I live food is expensive, so things such as Vegetables, Fruit and Meat... I go without, I give it to my children.
I am moving to where food of this nature is cheaper so I will be eating a lot of it.. and I can't wait! ^_^
At the moment I live on Coke Zero (around 2 liters a day) and 1 sandwich a day... usually covered in Margarine and Vegemite or Peanut Butter.
I can't drink water.. at all. It dries my mouth out and all I can taste is the metals in it. I'm sensitive to things like that. I can taste the Arsenic in Almonds as well 
I'm aiming to loose around 30-40lb's by Christmas.

My Gym Routine
6 Minutes Bike
Stretches: 12,9,8,3,1
Chest Press, 3 sets of 15 with 5kg weight
Tricep Extensions, 3 sets of 15 with 10kg weight
Lateral Pulldown, 3 sets of 15 with 15kg weight
Shoulder Press, 3 sets of 15 with 2.5kg weight
Fitball Squats, 3 sets of 15
Cross Trainer, as long as possible (currently 4 minutes)
Treadmill, as long as I want (usually 20-26 minutes excluding 5 min cool down)
Ab Spin, 45 seconds
Sit Ups, 3 sets of 20 - 30.

My Workout
Monday: 1.15hours Gym, 45 minutes Aqua Aerobics
Tuesday: Break day due to University
Wednesday: 1.15 hours Gym, 45 minutes Aqua Aerobics
Thursday: 1.15 hours Gym, 45 minutes Fitball
Friday: 1.15 hours Gym, 45 minutes Aqua Aerobics
Saturday: 1.30 hours swimming with my kids
Sunday: Rest day (light exercises at home)

Hello hello,
I'm still around. I have to move to the other side of the country so my visits will be less for around 3 weeks. I still have to pack and organize everything.
I'm doing well atm. I will be starting my proper health lifestyle when I move so I will be more vigilant when move.

 Well I've moved, things are awesome where I am now..
I've joined a gym, changed my eating habits and stopped drinking coke zero.
I started 8 days ago. In those 8 days I've lost 3 kilos (6lb)
How awesome is that? ^^
