Diet & Excersize:
August 9, 2008. Saturday. Day 1.
Breakfast: A bean burrito, a glass of milk.
Dinner: A chicken breast, some corn, a cup of mashed potatoes, a glass of iced tea.
In-Betweens: A glass of apple juice.
Exercise: 1 Hour of chasing after a 5-year-old & a 3-year-old on scooters & bikes. lol.
August 10, 2008. Sunday.
Day 2.Breakfast: Nothing. I woke up at 9 & got sucked into watching The Olympics. It was Men's Soccer - Cameroon vs. Honduras...(Cameroon wins 1-0.) Anyway, I didn't get hungry until around 11:30.
Lunch: Noodles & Veggie bowl, a glass of water, a cup of apple juice.
Dinner: A bit of pork, rice, green beans!!!!!, & a glass of water.
In-Betweens: A dinosaur plum, a glass of water.
Exercise: Running up & down the stairs. Real work out is coming soon, I promise. ._.August 11, 2008. Monday. Day 3.
Breakfast: A piece of toast & strawberry jam, a green apple & a dab of peanut butter, a glass of water.
Dinner: A tuna fish salad sandwich, a glass of water.
In-Betweens: A cup of frozen yogurt & captain crunch.
Exercise: Walking/Jogging. ( Did not time D: )
August 12, 2008. Tuesday. Day 4.
Breakfast: A blueberry bagel & cream cheese, a glass of water.
Lunch: A bowl of mini wheats, a glass of tea.
Dinner: Some chicken, rice, broccoli & cauliflower.
Exercise: Running around during errands.
August 13, 2008. Wednesday. Day 5.
Breakfast: An apple, a glass of water.
Dinner: A grilled cheese sandwich, a glass of tea.
Exercise: Running up & down the stairs.
August 14, 2008. Thursday. Day 6.
Breakfast: A glass of water, a grilled cheese.
Dinner: A grilled cheese, a glass of water.
Exercise: Running up & down the stairs.
August 15, 2008. Friday. Day 7.
Lunch: Lasagna & hash browns, a glass of apple juice.
Dinner: Shrimp, rice & beans, a glass of Pina Colada, a glass of water.
In-Betweens: A cup of ice cream.
Exercise: Running.
August 16, 2008. Saturday. Day 8.
Breakfast: Spaghetti & toast with scrambled eggs, a glass of milk.
Lunch: Some pieces of chicken & dip.
Dinner: Lasagna & garlic bread, a glass of tea.
In-Betweens: Three glasses of milk & a brownie, a slice of angel food cake.
Exercise: Excessive running up & down the stairs.
