I woke up at 11,and had a bowl of cornflakes and a cup of tea for breakfast.
2 hours later i had an apple and did this
6:32 pm
Around 3pm i got Hungry again and had a sausage with a cucumber.
For dinner just now I had a portion of pesto spaghetti and a salad.
August 7 2008
Breakfast- 2 pieces of Wholewheat Toast with Cucumber,cheese,and sausage.
Lunch- Turkish Pizza I was at a Friends place so i couldnt decline ^^;;
Dinner- A Salad
Exercise: A Walk around the block
August 8 2008
Breakfast-A bowl of Cornflakes
Lunch- A Fullwheatbun with ham and cheese and a cup of cornflakes
Dinner- A Subway Sandwhich and cookie
Exercise: Only 3 minutes of Walkaerobics ^^;;
I try to drink a whole glass of water before eating now

Breakfast-2 slices of wheat bread with marmelade and apple and cucumber.
