Okay, don't tell me I'm the only Heroes fan in here... I happen to love that show and feel a need to have a thread to discuss it in! I finally got myself all caught up with the second season (I had missed it and had to watch it online in my spare time) and now want to chat all about it, both past episodes and even episodes that are on TV when they are on (I'll always spoiler alert first during new episodes so that if you haven't seen an episode, you don't have to read spoilers), starting September 22. (Can't wait!!!)
So, I'd love to chat about past episodes of Heroes and speculation for new ones...
Are any of you Heroes fans? If so, feel free to post away, if not, you should definitely find ways to watch it, it's a great series.

Not much, Citri... not much. I loved both seasons' storylines so much, but especially Season Two. Season One had so much first-season stuff to deal with, IE filling people in on backstories and such, whereas Season Two was able to just jump right in. I did find the whole Kensei is Adam Monroe thing to be very shocking, though. The scriptwriters sure know how to create the plot twist. ^^

Judging by the whole teaser of "I'm back" as Sylar injects himself with the antidote to the Shanti Virus sort of says that yeah, there will be copious amounts of Sylar.
Also, I damn well hope that no harm comes to Peter, Matt (I used to not like him that much, but he's been well-developed as a character, especially through that father arc...), or Hiro... they're my favorite characters through the crap they've been put through and so I swear to God I will cry if either of them gets taken down... I cried a river both times I watched that one episode where Peter's "dead" on that table. DX Then again, I'm a sap and whenever one of the characters I like dies, I cry... if I'm anywhere from meh to hate of a character, it's not so bad. Too bad that Sylar's going to die one of these days, I dislike his motives and morals but you could say he's the character I love to hate.
Oh, and speaking of hated Heroes characters, WHY WON'T BOB DIE?! I dislike Bob and people had like a million chances to kill him and never did!!! DX

I figure Sylar will have to die too and I don't want it to happen! Maybe they can like...convert him to a good guy for awhile. Then he can be a good hero for a few seasons and then finally revert back to his old ways and then he can die in the series finale. Maximum Sylar usage FTW!
And yeah, Bob should probably die soon. I'm over him. Elle needs to go as well.

Dude, Sylar's gonna be used to the max and then some, he's CRUCIAL to the plot... besides, there's no way a more love-to-hate villain could be invented. And psh, he'd only be faking goodness like he did with Maya. He's one persuasive SOB, too bad his power's corrupted him so much. xD
And I never liked Bob. Elle can stay, though, the show needs someone who's better at being a sadistic b***h than just Angela Petrelli...

I think Kristen Bell might just annoy me or something...I don't really like her portrayal of Elle. But it could be just me. ninja

So many parts of the show I was like "Whaaaaaat?" in shock and wonder...then later when I thought about it some things weren't making sense. Hmm. Still enjoyed the episode.

I agree with you, it was good, but there were parts of it that... well, in typical Heroes fashion, left me a bit stunned. And the whole Present-Day Peter inside the inmate thing was WEIRD. 0.o I'd be stunned with how badass Future Peter is, but we kind of saw that from another alternate future episode. I'm rather interested in the new Mohinder arc. ...Who knew our favorite science guy had a wild side? Also, finally, BOB IS DEAD. Thank God... he constantly got on my nerves. But wow, the whole Midas Touch thing was a bit unexpected. Geez, now Sylar can fund his killing sprees. XD I'm sort of amazed that he got Claire's ability and yet she still didn't die... I mean the whole lack of pain thing is a new development, but regeneration or not, you'd think that removal of the part of the brain controlling regeneration->No regeneration->dead Claire... Go figure. I guess it will have another clever tie-in to the plot, knowing the writers of Heroes. And finally, I'm a bit torn on my opinion of Angela Petrelli right now... she keeps doing her usual cycle between caring woman and sadistic b***h. I was a bit amazed to find out that SHE'S the one with the prophetic dreams. Very, very unexpected, in my opinion, I just thought that was sort of an innate Peter thing. Heroes always does keep ya guessing, though. That's just a bit of my opinions, I'm just tired so I wanna go to bed now. I'll post more when I get the chance, I suppose.

Okay, fine, one spoiler... "nice" Sylar creeps me out just a bit. I mean, when he's evil, he's predictable, but now... 0.o I wonder what is going on in that head of his.

I LOVED LAST NIGHT'S EPISODE BECAUSE OF THIS:
heart SYLAR AND HRG heart
Seriously, best pairing ever. I love it. I know HRG wants to kill Sylar and Sylar maybe wants to kill HRG...but I love their dynamic so much. They need to have a spinoff show! I would watch it all the time!
Sylar as the cop: heart I loved his accent and how he handled things. I was almost bummed he ate brains in the bank, because I was rooting for him to pull it together in order for HRG to love him so they can be BFF's forever.
And that preview? I love it, just love it. Happy, Apron!Sylar is awesome.
Okay, that's enough Sylar fangirling from me. sweatdrop
Claire is bugging me because she's always like "me me me" and I'm tired of it. She wanted to learn how to fight and stuff so her firemama shows her some frightening stuff and then Claire has a bit of an attitude about it. I guess she's just a teenager so what should I expect, but ah, it was annoying to me.
Micah has grown and is apparently all alone, aww. I like him so I hope he stays around.
More Nathan Petrelli, please.
Parkman's walkabout...don't know where this whole storyline is going but I'm intrigued that the African dude has painted Parkman for his entire life. Also: the return of Isaac eyes, yay!
