Some things about me..Announcement - 10/24: I'm now..126 POUNDS! Which by the Bmi Calculator I've gotten on a website is a Healthy Weight for my height! It's 24.6 which puts me in the healthy range. I want to get in the middle though so I want my Bmi to get to 21 or 22. Please support me for my final weeks! - My irl is Ariana. - I have very low self esteem - I have the best grades compared to my bro - I love J-Pop and J-rock, some Korean songs. - I love anime - I wanna be a voice actress when I grow up.Some unhealthy facts about me..- I'm 5'0 - I'm 126 pounds EXTRA!CLICK MY EGGS!  FACTS: Weight: 126 Height: 5'0 I know, horrible.  August 6th: Breakfast: Bagel with some jelly. Jelly had really tiny calories so its all good && nothing to drink since I forgot xD; Lunch:I WAS gonna have a salad. But then my mom kinda forced me to eat some fast food crap ;-; Dinner: Saaalllaaaddd =D with water,of course.
Exercise: Today I walked ALL around the mall xD; So it wasn't a big thing but I did buy DDR, so tomorrow I'll be dancing it up =D- - - - - - - August 7th: Breakfast- One Pancake with very little syrup (since I'm not a really sugary person) and some fruit punch (Forgot water ><; )
Lunch - Grilled Cheese sandwich with wheat bread and two slices of deli cheese && Water Dinner - Yummy fresh salad w/red vinagarette (Can't spell it) dressing. I put very little so its okie! && Water ^^
Exercise - For 3+ hours, nothing but DDR. I also put the exercise mode and it said I lost 138.something calories from Dancing.- - - - - - - - August 8th: Breakfast - I threw up this morning a bit so I didn't eat breakfast. In fact, the sight of food made me feel even more sick. So yeah ><;
Lunch - I weakened and had...PIZZA!...I know, I know. But I just got weak. I almost had soda but then I resisted and walked away! biggrin . I did have water ^^
Dinner - Salad with very little dressing which was good. I had a pear on the side and ice cold water. ^^ I was very good this dinner.
Exercise - Not much DDR today since my partner that I danced with canceled. Not much fun alone. I played for about an hour so not much of a loss.- - - - - - - - - - August 9thBreakfast - I had a BLT. Yes it sounds really unhealthy but I was being good. The bacon was 20 calories, lettuce was 10 or 15 calories, bread was..i have no idea,and I had a little ketchup which was 15 calories. And since I was being good with the low calories I had some Hawaiian Punch which was 80 calories. All together breakfast was 130 calories. Gimme a high five!
Lunch - For Lunch I wasn't all hungry for some reason :/ I think my breakfast filled me. So I just had a huge bottle of water && some Sunflower seeds. I checked up the calories and it's great and healthy.
Dinner - Had a Mango a few hours before dinner so that was basically part of Dinner. And for actual dinner I was kinda full so I had a pear again.
Exercise - I had like 1 and a half hours of DDR. I sweated so much. I lost about 300 or more calories. I felt so tired but so good. Maybe later I'll take my dog out.
[SATURDAY NIGHT OF AUGUST 9TH]: I splurged since inappropriate surprise said it's good to have like one day to go and splurge. But I didn't have a day of it. Only a few hours for a reward for the week.
- - - - - - - - - - August 10thBreakfast - I woke up kinda late so I just had some water and my dad bought me iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts which wasn't at all bad because that's only 15 calories + a little bit of sugar.
Lunch - I wasn't having a HUGE appetite so I just had some David Sunflower Seeds. but nothing to drink because I was too lazy to get one xD
Dinner - Salad with some vinagarette dressing. Vewy little so no worries. I think after I might have some chicken. not sure on that yet.
Exercise - Played DDR for about 45 minutes. It was fun because I figured out how to activate the workout mode! I lost 21.028 calories! That was like, my breakfast and a quarter of my lunch I lost xD. I didn't exercise as much as I usually do because I was kinda tired since I went to sleep late. But all in all it was okay. Played some more DDR for about an hour + the 45 minutes. So about 2 hours of DDR. I lost 53.945 calories dancing. WOO! So yeah I lost my breakfast and Lunch calories xD
Midnight - yeah at midnight I woke up and was hungry so I had some sunflower seeds.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - August 11thBreakfast - A BL (Bacon-lettuce sandwich). It is really low in calories so its all good..I had a cup of water with it, too. I feel really sick. Ugh..
Lunch - Had some Chinese Noodles. It was good. They were 240 calories so I think it wasn't a lot..right? Anyway, there wasn't anything else to eat so if it was healthy or not, I had no choice but to have it.
In-between - Banana
Dinner - Salad w/ vinaigrette dressing. I wasn't really hungry tho ;-;
Exercise - Had about a hour of DDR. I lost 111.496 201.641 calories. I was like "Holy s**t!". Haha. I feel so sick right now. But ya know, womanhood must happen! xD..I DID MORE DDR AND LOST 201.641 CALORIES! I feel so great.- - - - - - - - - August 12th
Breakfast - Banana Smoothie..or shake..whatever the hell it's called. It was so good. And low in calories ^^
Lunch - SKIPPED
In-between - My mom made dinner early which was Chicken Cutlet. I only had one piece of chicken So it was a in between.then oreos.then Mike and ike.and then more banana smoothie. so yeah. Today I kinda cracked. ;-;
Dinner - WILL UPDATE LATER
Exercise - Played DDR for about 10 minutes. I know, I know. Not a lot..but I was tired since I went to sleep at 2am. I did lose 44.696 which was my breakfast xD.. I think.. I'VE DECIDED SINCE I SPLURGED A LOT THAT SPLURGE DAY WILL BE TUESDAY!
August 13th
Breakfast - Skipped since we had nothing in our house to eat.
Lunch - I had some Frosted Mini Wheats that I found in our pantry. It was good and healthy. I guess..
In-between - My neighbor brought over cookies. She was all too eager since she never made cookies alone. So she basically forced me D:
Dinner - Salad with tomatoes and one piece of chicken. I had quite a lot of salad so I felt kinda bad even though it's healthy. I had a snapple also. I thought it was okay..
Exercise - I had probably a hour of DDR or more. The partner I play with didn't bring her pad so she hogged up my pad stare And everytime I played she complained that she wanted to play. So I only got to play like 4 times. The rest was all her. My workout mode said I lost like 76 calories or something. I know it was more but I forgot it.
August 14th
Breakfast - I had a bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats. They are so good and good for you biggrin
Lunch - I don't know if this will count as Lunch or a In-Between but anyway, my mom gave made me a giant pretzel without even telling me so I had to eat it. I don't have any idea how many calories because I hate pretzels but I was forced to eat it -_-'
Dinner - Wasn't very hungry. I had some Wonka Nerds since my mom kept nagging that I wasn't eating when I wasn't hungry at all -_- UGH. It was about 60 calories so no worries. + my mom was all mad at me because I didn't eat any "real" food. So she bought me a Dollar Chicken Sandwich. So I ate it. And to be honest, today I didn't get many calories. I had cereal which was like 190 calories. A giant pretzel which I have no idea what it was but probably 200 or something calories. And nerds. I mean I really didn't have much so it was okay.
Exercise - Not as much exercise that I wanted to do but at least an hour maybe. I have no idea how many calories I lost but my exercise mode says 4oo + including the other days. So I think about 50 or more calories lost ;-;. I know...that totally blows.
August 15th
Breakfast - A Banana shake. Had obviously a Banana, some sugar, cinnamon, milk. It's low calories..I hope..
Lunch - Skipped. Well, not skipped but I forgot about it.
Dinner - Salad with Tomatoes and dressing.
Exercise - Had maybe about an hour or more of DDR. I lost 100+ calories. I hope that was my breakfast xD'
August 16th
Breakfast - A Banana plus a little of Banana shake that was left.
Lunch - I had 5 slices of a Tomato. Don't ask why, but I was in the mood and our neighbor gave us some fresh from her Garden! :]
Dinner - My parents bought popeyes and I was like "NO" and then my parents god mad at me. So I was like stare and ate it. I feel horrible. Though I found out that the chicken leg I ate was 120 calories and the other things was 120 I think. So..yeah..Plus I had a snapple
Exercise - Played DDR, lost 100 calories.
August 17th
Breakfast - Today I woke up at 1 in the afternoon. So I was pissed and didn't get to have breakfast.
In-Betweens - About 3 pocky sticks. Cravez helped me and told me that each stick is about 10 calories + 10 for the flavor. So I was glad.
Lunch - Skipped
Dinner - Had a bowl of Frosted Cheerios. About 110 calories. The only thing I didn't like today is that I didn't have many calories that are needed.
Exercise - Never got to do exercise. I was so wrapped up because my dad needed me to help him go shopping and my mom was mad at my dad. And in a few weeks I'm going to wedding and have no idea what I'm going to wear. So I was busy busy.
August 18th
Breakfast - Had some Frosted Cheerios w/ some banana slices in it. && Water
Lunch - Mac and Cheese & Water
Dinner - Had some spagetti with dressing (very little) and Gatorade.
Exercise - Lost 230 calories in Exercise mode on DDR. I was like "DAMMIT I WAS LAZY YESTERDAY AND I'M GOING TO LOSE IT TODAY!". XD So I lost the calories I was supposed to lose yesterday when I was lazy. Also, I lost yet another pound!
August 19th
Breakfast - Had a bowl of Frosted Cheerios
Lunch - SKIPPED
Dinner - Had chicken with vegetables. It had a bit of soy sauce (10 calories). So I did good ^^ PLUS water.
Exercise - I lost about 144 calories after Dinner. So yeah.
August 20th
Breakfast - Had Mangu. It's this Dominican recipe. It's green plantains (bananas) and they are mushed with onion and vinegar and other crap.This is the recipe + calories. Keep in mind that the calories are for 4 servings so for one person it's different.
Lunch - Some Grapes, one strawberry and a slice of Watermelon.
Dinner - One and a half piece of chicken cutlet. a tiny bit of left over Mangu since I was picking. And gatorade.
Exercise - Went to the park today. There was tons of walking o get there. So it was good. I had tons of water while there
August 21st
Breakfast - A BLT sandwich. It had Turkey bacon so no worries.
Lunch - Some of a Chocolate muffin. My mom bought it and I felt so bad because I said I didn't want it. So yeah, had some of it for I wouldn't feel so bad about it.
Dinner - Three Turkey Bacon strips. It says the whole pack is 35 calories so I bet it was good amount of cals.
Exercise - Lost 200 calories in DDR & Had plenty of water
August 22nd
Breakfast - Had two pieces of Turkey Bacon + Water.
Lunch - SKIPPED
Dinner - My mom said she didn't want to go shopping for food today so she just got Subways. I had a sandwich with mayo,turkey,lettuce,tomato, and Pickles. Plus apple slices. & water.
In Between - had some pieces of watermelon. NOT slices. PIECES since my mom cuts them into little thinggyys..
Exercise - Lost 223+ calories in DDR. UPDATE: I DROPPED ONE PANTS SIZE.
August 23rd
Breakfast - Some Watermelon again. Plus a small iced coffee from Dunkin Donuts. Dun worry, it's low in cals.
Lunch - Skipped since my dad took me shopping to get sneakers for school. And nothing in between because I have a horrible stomach ache and feel like throwing up every 10 mins.
Dinner - Today I felt so sick. And then my parents got worried because I hadn't eaten any REAL food that day since my stomach. So they bought me a Mcdonalds Chicken Wrap. UGH. I didn't even want it bc my stomach. I still ate it since I didn't have many calories that day that I was supposed to have for my age. It was 340 calories. I was like, wow.
Exercise - Played DDR. Lost 100 cals and more. I'm too lazy to count how many I exactly did lose.
August 24th
Breakfast - Still felt a bit sick so I didn't eat.
Lunch - Skipped
Dinner - Well before I started with the guild I used to LOVE tacos. I begged for it. So today my mom bought them and I'm like "OMG NOOOOOOO" so I though of a plan. Make a salad, have the chicken that would go into the taco, put a sprinkle of mexican rice, have a bit of those mexican beans, and just have a little hot sauce. Good eh? that would be splitting the calories.
Exercise - Lost 200 cals in DDR biggrin
August 25th
Breakfast - Felt sick so I just had some watermelon..
Lunch - Had an Oscar Meyer Hotdog. I didn't have any bread OR ketchup with it so I cut a few cals.
Dinner - Had some mexican beans. They were 90 cals or less.
Exercise - Lost 200 cals in DDR.
August 26th
Breakfast - Had a few pieces of watermelon. This morning I was hungry but didn't want to have cereal which was like, the only thing in our house for breakfast. SO just had watermelon.
Lunch - Had a bit of a cantaloupe shake. Couldn't even drink half of it for some reason so I only had a little. =/
Dinner - Had a salad w/ some chicken strips (low in cals) and 3 slices of tomato in it. Had a bit of Italian Dressing.
Exercise - Lose 100 cals in DDR
August 27th
Breakfast - Had some oatmeal with Cinnamon and like really very little sugar. So It kinda tasted bad but was good lol.
Lunch - Had a salad with ONE chicken strip cut into little pieces and Italian dressing. A LITTLE dressing. :]
Dinner - Had a salad with one chicken strip cut into little pieces and a little Italian dressing :]
Exercise - Lost 200 cals in DDR :]
August 28th
Breakfast - Had 10 little mini frosted wheats. Which equal to about 70 calories.
Lunch - Apple sauce.
Dinner - Had string peas or beans whatever they're called and some chicken + soy sauce.
Exercise - Lost 300 cals in DDR.
August 29th
Breakfast - Had some Frosted Cheerios.
Lunch - Had some Green Beans. You know, the string ones.
Dinner - Will update later
Exercise - Today I was so busy I didn't get to play DDR. I went shopping and walked a lot so i hope it is still considered exercise. EDIT; I played DDR and lost 100 calories.
August 30th
Breakfast - Had frosted Cheerios. I had it like at 12 so I think it counts for Breakfast and Lunch.
Lunch - Frosted Cheerios. (read above)
Dinner - Ugh. The dinner time. Well, if you read my topic in our LI section, my parents pushed food on me. So I had a won ton soup w/crackers. My parents also gave me an egg roll to eat. Read exercise below now.
Exercise - I hated how my parents pushed food on me. So I went on DDR for three hours non stop and lost 400 calories. Hopefully that was most of the Chinese food. So yeah. 400 calories.
August 31st
Breakfast - Had some Frosted Cheerios. Had some with out milk and then a little with milk. My dad bought milk right when I was about to finish so I put a little.
Lunch - Skipped
Dinner - Had a salad with one chicken piece cut in the salad. And a spoon full of Soy Sauce.
Exercise - Lost 400 cals in DDR
September 1st
Breakfast - I had my parents buy some special K breakfast bars. So I had one. Very good and healthy. 90 calories in each bar :]
Lunch - Skipped
Dinner - Had salad w/2 chicken strips cut into pieces.
Exercise - Lost 400 cals in DDR. Plus, I weighed myself and lost more pounds. So now I'm 150! I lost 11 pounds :]
Between September 2nd and 3rd I was busy since school started. But don't worry! I still stayed healthy!
September 4th
Breakfast - Orange
Lunch - Had a peach and plenty of water. today I didn't have much of an appetite.
Dinner - Had some Apple Jacks cereal.
September 5th
Breakfast - Orange
Lunch - Had a tootsie roll lollipop. =D 60 cals.
Dinner - had some baby carrots with blue cheese. Mhmm!
September 6th
Breakfast - Didn't get to eat any today D: I had to go to a wedding rehearsal and had to leave early.
Lunch - After the wedding rehearsal we all went to a restaurant and I don't know if what I ate was lunch or Dinner but anyway, I had Salad with String beans. And rice. And orange juice. And a carrot because by that time I was full Dx

September 7th
Breakfast - Had a Mango =D
Lunch - 3 carrots so far.
Dinner - Had a Turkey Sandwich. It had just bread and turkey. Nothing else. And 5 carrots on the side with no dipping. & Water.
Exercise - Didn't get any yet again :l
September 8th
Breakfast - Had an orange. (Please note that I have to have breakfast at school because we eat lunch at 8:30am in my school D: so I consider it breakfast. I never have an appetite that early so that's why I've been having orange)
Lunch - Skipped. I took a little nap + homework took forever D:
Dinner - Turkey Sandwich with 5 carrots again.
September 9th
Breakfast - Orange.
Lunch - Kiwi
Dinner - Turkey sandwich w/apple sauce.
September 11th
Breakfast - Banana.
Lunch - Pizza from school. I forgot to bring lunch to school ><
Dinner - Salami and Cheese on white bread. Nothing else. I also had some watermelon as a side snack.
September 12th - I went to a wedding and as you know they had food,food and more food. I had strawberries and grapes + a ham and egg sandwich. Then at cocktail hour I had noodles, grapes, little cheese block and carrots. THEN at the reception I had salad and a slice of an apple, Chicken and I THINK that was it. I can't really remember.
September 13th
Breakfast and Lunch - I've been sick since yesterday with a cold. I slept until 4:30pm today. So I really didn't have any breakfast or lunch.
Dinner - Salami and cheese sandwich + Apple Sauce. Then I had maybe 3/4 of a donut my parents bought me with Iced Coffee. I tried to make up for LUNCH and BREAKFAST. I wanted to have the take of calories that is recommended for a day.
September 14th
Breakfast - I woke up late ><;
Lunch - Had a Salami and Cheese sandwich.
Dinner - Turkey Sandwich w/some vegetables.

This is a little personal journal of things I am feeling, going through..just like a diary.
- Sunday August 10th - I keep pushing away the mirrors in my house. I hate how I do that. But I can't bear to look at myself anymore. That's how horrible my self esteem is. You know, I always day dreamed when I was little that when I was older I would be skinnier and beautiful. And would just meet the most fantastic guy who would take care of me. But I'm learning to face that, it might just never happen. I realized I'm the youngest in this guild. Which really is okay. I guess. Just thought somebody would be near my age for some reason. I just..don't know what to do anymore. I wanna push myself to hurry and lose weight, but then again..I keep tricking myself that I'm perfectly fine. Sometimes I cry because thinking of everything I'm not..And what I want to be. Shannon is perfect. So is Sam. I wonder sometimes why they are even my friends when I'm the complete opposite. Uglier, fatter, shorter, and more emotional-er. God, just thinking of all this is making me teary. I guess I'll go to sleep and just try to forget everything in my mind.
- Monday August 11th - Stupid storm woke me up. I woke up and it was all dark. I was like "WTF? Is it still midnight?". then I discovered my mom and dad left out somewhere. I was like "HOLY CRAP! BREATH! BREATH!"..Yeah by now you must know I'm afraid of thunder. If it happens I just freak out. I cry, shake, close my eyes and try to make it disappear. I hate my fear with a passion. But on a good note, my dad bought some Bananas. Though by the time I got them it was like 8pm already ._." So tomorrow morning I'm going to make a Banana shake. I'll write the recipe in the recipe thread once I make the shake. Trust me people, it is ******** yummy! Haha, yarp. Well, gotta go. My hair needs to be straightened T-T. It's freaking like an afro since it's naturally curly and whenever it gets wet it..gets curly..Ugh. Bye.
- Tuesday August 12th - I.Am.Such.A.Failure. I splurged today. I-I couldn't stop myself. After that I just sat down and my low self esteem started to kick in again. You know, I always have wanted to become a voice actress. Even though I knew my voice was horrible. But I just keep thinking things will get better soon. Hopefully better soon, right? I just, honestly, can't do this anymore. I keep trying. I try so hard. But things I want are always..disappearing by the days. I know that the way I keep trying is not good enough. I'm never good enough for myself. Or anybody in that matter. Just a..failure..And then..I have to go to that picnic next Wednesday. I know I'm going to be a failure again and splurge. I keep thinking if it's bad to not tell my mom I am trying to lose weight. I guess I don't want to tell her because then she'll be all concerned and then the next day she'll probably forget everything. And then I'll get mad. Then she'll get mad. And everybody in our house will have a grudge. To be honest, I feel like everywhere I go I'm always left out in the fun. Always left out. And..I'm afraid that's how it'll always be. In the rest of my Middle School years, High school years. I feel so pathetic.
- Thursday August 14th - OMFG. GUESS WHAT. I lost 2 pounds in one week biggrin . I was all like, oh my ******** Lanzer. haha. I have a question for people who actually read this crap of a journal. Do you think it's bad I'm not telling my mom of changing my food habits and trying to lose weight? I always keep the secret from her and I'm like "Is it okay to not tell her?"..or the rest of my family? Anyways, my dog is so cute. He was just laying on that air bed he likes. And he looked so cute. I took a picture that I'll put up laterzz..
-August 23rd- I can't stop crying and shaking. My dog has something internel wrong with him. He is depressed, isn't eating, and I'm really worried. He won't move from the same spot in my brothers room. I mean, really..I don't deserve this. With all the crap I have to deal with already..I can't type anymore I'm so sorry..
- Monday September 1st - Gah! School is tomorrow! I'm so nervous but kinda happy at the same time that I'll be able to see all my best friends again. I haven't seen two of them in a month. And another one in two months! Plus since I lost 9 pounds, I feel great and all my clothes are way different. I'm so nervous! I have to do so many things today. And on top of that, I need to go to sleep early which is not good for me. I usually have insomnia and go to sleep at like 2am. I dun know what I'm going to do. I have to be asleep by 11pm! That's like telling a monkey that it has to stop eating bananas. I mean really! Ugh, I think I'm going to go to YouTube for a while and then play DDR.Bye Bye!
