I'm new to this guild, but in my other guild (the UCN, also a centaur guild) I have an Art Shoppe.
For 1-3k I will draw Siggies, BG's, Banners, whatever.
Just specify what you want (try to be specific [subject, style, etc]) because i cant do much with "draw my avi."
^_^ if you dont like my picture, tell me and I will redraw it for no extra charge!
