This is to be a Gotham world, a world told from first person perspective of the characters, a world inspired by fear. The most important characters to have present other than myself would be the Scarecrow, Batman, and I would greatly enjoy the presence of Robin as well (any Robin will do).
I am aware of many fans' love of the "Batman Begins" movie, but if it can at all be helped I would greatly appreciate a comic book based Scarecrow, but I'll take what I can get as long as he's played right.

Warning! do not proceed if you are frightened or disturbed easily.

And now, without further adieu, it begins...

At last I've made it! It's taken me months of searching, but I'm finally here! At last I've found the temple of the God, the Master of Fear, the Temple where the Scarecrow resides! Naturally, I expected it to be well guarded, and I came prepared to deal with any and all humans who would stand in my way. I only had to destroy two in order to slip inside, and they were dealt with in what I must say was record time for me. I was far too excited to waste my time with trivialities. Still, I sent my usual chill through the air as I proceeded further inside, not about to let the excitement take control (although it wasn't needed, as I ran into no further oppositions).

And at last it was, that I had come to stand before the Scarecrow (who looked mildly surprised, and responded to my presence by grabbing a nearby scythe). But I had come too far to be deterred now, and simply dropped the tightly bound male at his feet.
"I was not sure what to get a God, I hope this human will make a sufficient offering..." my child voice explained. My face remained blank, my eyes empty, body never betraying the anticipation I felt inside. I had made it at last, now what would happen next?

((I could play one of the characters you need. Scarecrow would be a challenge for me since I read very little about him. But if no one is up to the challenge I could, or role play Robin or Batman. My Batman's are the dark modern tone with little emotion or funnies while my Robin's are a serious yet still a teenager and occasionaly can crack a joke when possible.))

((okay. We don't need Batman or Robin yet, but we probably will later. If needed, you could play Batman and I could even play Robin when they come in to this. As for the Scarecrow, You may certainly feel free. If you need any research done:
I don't know where it is, but if there's a place on line where you can read comics virtually I suggest looking up "Scarecrow Tales". I find my absolute favorite is "The Mistress of Fear".

If you know the movie one, you could always use that as a base for the attitude, but he was the Scarecrow long before sprayed with his own toxins.

As for the comic version main differences:

In the comics he was bullied a lot as a kid and in later years as well, which is what caused him to officially become the Scarecrow. He also has been relying less on his fear gas in recent years and more on his own abilities to prove he truly is the master of fear. (For example, driving a man in a nearby cell to commit suicide only using words while in Arkham). He's also much more sure of himself than he was in the movie, though not at all times admittedly.

Hope this has helped, can't wait to truly start!]

((Okay, a different character than I usually play but I think I can pull it off. If I screw up though just tell me. Could you start us off?))

((sorrys, a bit tired here sweatdrop Well here goes nothing))

"What are you talking about?" Scarecrow asked simple as he grasped his weapon tighter.

((Simple but I feel the need to start out slow for this one at first.))

"Was ich bin...?" I repeated it in German, my Native tung.
"Are you not the Scarecrow I have heard so much of, the God of Fear over this city? If you are not, I shall take back my offering..." I answered, looking down at the bound human as if it were any other item.

The Scarecrow gave a short laugh. "God of Fear, hmm? Yea I am." He answered casually while looking back at the bound person. "Another person to my collection I presume?" He asked with greed filled eyes.

To this I smiled, a cold smile.
"Ja, for you, to do with as you wish..." The human was gaining consciousness, and it didn't like what it saw when it looked up. It squirmed against it's restraints and let out a muffled sound, fear filling it's eyes. It didn't bother with a pleading look, it was smart enough to know that it would go unanswered.

A smirk came across his face but soon faded. "What do I have to do in return...?" Scarecrow asked, still gripping the weapon.
PostPosted: Sun Aug 17, 2008 1:57 pm

I couldn't hide the surprise on my face.
"In...return? I didn't think Gods had to give anything in return...not if they didn't want to on their own..." I must admit, I was not expecting most of these questions. Then again, what had I expected? I don't actually think I had given much thought to how things may have gone, I was fare to focused on actually getting to this point.

Scarecrow scoffed lightly as he took a greedy hand towards the human on the floor. He threw the person over his shoulder and looked back at her. "You can't tell me you're just giving me a mind to mess with." He said with a smirk.

"I can't?" I asked with a tilt of my head, my child's voice adding to the affect.
"Fear has always ruled my life, in one way or another. This...thing," I pointed at the human with narrowed eyes, "they were always afraid of me no matter what I did or didn't do. Even before they gave me these scares, they were afraid. I am, and have only ever been, a creature; and there's no harm in killing a creature..." The hate radiated out from me towards the human. It gave a slight cry and cruel laughter escaped my throat.
"Ich bin nicht ihr Spielzeug mehr, Sie sind meiner..." For a moment, all I could feel was the cold which radiated out from me, but I swiftly pulled myself back.

"Fear has ruled my life, and you rule fear. This makes you my God, and if it's humans you want the supply will be endless..." I finished, the darkness strewn across my face.

The Scarecrow's grin became large. "God..." He whispered to himself. "Yes, yes I am.." he mummbled to no one but himself. He then ushered her into the room. "Why.. don't you tell me more, about yourself?" He purposed, gesturing towards a couple of seats.
