I'm def goin 2 Harajuku in Oct and I was wondering does anybody know of any cheaper non brand stores there or of any cheapish cosplay stores

Um....I'm really only aware of one store, and it's a department store: Maruione. Even then, I'm not sure it's in Harajuku. It DOES have some Lolita items, and sometimes they're on sale. Good luck, and have fun over there! Shoot lots of pictures! ^_^
