Roleplay Rules
{.o1.} //God-moding// This is a big no-no. We wont even allow characters that have too many strengths and two few weaknesses. If we find, or are reported to with proof, that you have been god-moding we will give you a warning. If you do it again your out of this Guild and on our ignored list so you can't join again.
{.o2.} //Literacy// Now We're not expecting three or four paragraphs per post, but we would like you to be able to post at least one paragraph. And if you do more than three one-liners in a row we will give you a warning. If your having a bout of writers block, don't RP at the moment. Easy as that.
{.o3.} //Terms of Service// I don't have to do much explaining about these do I? i mean to even be allowed to stay on Gaia you have to follow these rules, so of course my forum is no different.
{.o4.} //Pg-16// There are going to be people who are uncomfortable with certain settings. Whether it be sexual, verbal, or violent. And we don't want any one in our Guild feeling uncomfortable. But don't get me wrong, your encouraged to have romance, just don't have sex/cybering in our Guild. And fighting is almost expected, just keep the blood to a limit. And as for the verbal side of things, you may cuss, but don't go saying it every other word or sentence. There is a limit. And if you pass that line on any of these topics we will warn you.
{.o5.} //OOC// you are expected to role play in third person, example: 'Harper gently walked down the hall way. She heard her boots echoing on the floor and she saw Markus further along the way. "Hello." She said gently to get his attention.' And when you wish to speak out of character use some form of identification so people can notice it. Now we wont kick you out for it, unless we ask you about ten times to stop and you repeatedly ignore me. PLus, if you aren't in a roleplay, there is no need for any indication.
{.o6.} //Problems// If you have a problem of any sort with the RP we would rather have you PM us with the issue and we will address it. whether it's about the plot, our actions, or the actions of another. There is no reason to defame the topic. We will handle the problem the best way we see fit. We are very reasonable people. Even if it's one of us you have the problem with. And unless you royally piss us off, we wont put you on our ignore list and prevent you from role playing any longer.
{.o7.} //Page stretching// You wont get kicked out for this either, but it's really annoying and we will ask you to take down what it is you posted.
{.o8.} //getting booted// If you make us mad, which takes a lot, we will not be afraid to kick you out. we don't care if your everyone favorite role player. We will not put up with crap or a snooty attitude. This includes whore girls. Excuse my language but one of the things that make me angry the fastest is hooking up with every guy in the RP, or making multiple characters so you can have all the guys in the RP. and the same thing goes for males. Other than that, we only really get mad if you dont listen to us, whether we are instructing or apologizing.
{.9.} //Hitting// As people will be playing members of the rebellion and of the government, there will of course be fitting. But in no case is it ever fair to hit someone without giving them a chance to defend themselves. Now this doesn't give them a right to deflect every hit thrown at them, that would be god-moding, but they still need a chance within the confines of the character they have mapped out. The only time we will let this side is if it is a very insignificant hit. Such as a slap or such.
{10.} //Characters// You can only play three characters at one time(on one roleplay, but if it is on many roleplays, you are allowed three on each). If one is killed you are free to make another. I'll even add in a graveyard if it comes to that...we think it'd be an interesting idea. But we don't think that many of you will be dying off.
{.11.} //Spam// Most of this comes from noobs, and others not partaking in the RP, but if it does arise we will put that person on our ignored list and have them take down what they posted or we will report them. Whether they are in our GUild or not. You only get one shot at this one. You don't have to post nonsense in here. You can have fun in OOC but thats different.
{.12.} //More// I and Marie reserve the right to add, or change any rules listed above. So if we see another that needs to be added then we will put it up here and post an alert about it.
{.13.} //fun// I know the rules are intense, but i just want to make sure it's stable and clear. Regardless of the rules you are supposed to have fun in here. It is an Guild meant for stimulation and entertainment.
{.14.} //Profiles// If you would like a job send me a profile telling me, the job you are applying for. If you are merely a guest just post your profile, later if you become a regular here I will post your profile under Rugeular customers. Personality: Xamai is a mystery. Some people wonder if two souls are sharing her body, or if she's just bi-polar. She has a habit of being very serious, almost all the time. Though, randomly, she has a different personality. She act rather...childish and the problem is, when she goes back to her serious side, she doesn't remember anything the childish, hyper part of her did.
Bio: Xamai was almost killed along time ago, when she was around fourteen or thirteen. It was because of a robbery. Basicly, she was at the wrong place at the wrong time. The guy had shot her, continued to run from the cops. They didn't see her lying there on the ground. Xamai was suppose to die that day, but if you think about it, she died..and gained "immortality". Someone had turned her into a 'vampire' that day. The thing no one believed in. Xamai didn't know if she should hate the person who saved her life and turned her into something she didn't want to be.
Of course, she can die. Just not by aging...actually..she doesn't age at all, as you can see. Xamai does try her best to keep the fact she's a vampire, a secret.
Others: Xamai, as said above in her profile, is a vampire. She uses a scythe as a weapon, and somehow gained the power to use water and ice, but it's still hard for her to do so, thus she rarely does.Gaian name: MelanHoliC

BUT
she was sold for some gold by her aunt and had to marry some old dude.
but on the wedding night he died from a heart attack (caused by over spiced food...)
and now she is super rich and walks around the world.
but when she came to moonlit café, she dropped her important papers somewhere and took the job as waitress to find them.
other than that she is very mysterious and knows a lot, she even learned magic.
mostly wind and water based ones.

Personality:Kurai is a nice person until you piss him off. He doesn't really think before he acts, only sometimes. He automaticly runs into a fight, now thinking there will be a consequence, which would explain why we say he acts before he thinks.
Bio: Kurai's family used to be a happy one. He was an only child and his parents were madly inlove. Until his middle school year. His parents began to constantly fight over anything or everything. Eventually his parents just couldn't take each other anymore, and got a divorce.
Kurai then lived with his mother, who wanted a daughter, not a son. She still loved him, but only wish he was a girl. So, to make herself happy, she would never let him cut his hair, and sometimes told him to act like a girl. As much as Kurai hated it, he also wanted his mother to be happy, not depressed. Eventually it was going to rub off on him though. Kurai started liking guys.
Others: He's often mistaken for a girl and is gay~ Kurai also loves animals and in japanese his named means Dark.

Rori walked from behind the bar looking at all the empty tables. "How long will it be before we get our first customer." She asked herself, before walking over to the stage and sitting down. She was starting to get worried that their business would never pick up.

Xamai was in the bathroom and she began to change into a uniform. A black shirt, black pants, and a white apron. It was all pretty normal, since it was something all the other cafe's or any resturant required them to wear. Maybe it was so they knew they weren't customers as well..Xamai never really knew.
Walking out of the bathroom, she looked over at Rori and just kept her usual, emotionless expression. It was like the girl had no heart. Walking towards her, and began to talk to her in a gentle, yet harsh, voice.
"Rather...slow.."
Running a hand through her hair, she sat down at one of the tables, looking around. Maybe it was just because it was their first day. People usually don't rush in automanicly, and some people do. It all depended on how the place looked, or maybe the people. She let out a small sigh.
" Then again...we just opened. "

Rori looked at Xamai, it was as if she had no emotions, or if she did she just chose not to show them. Either way she was right, they were really slow.
"Yes, i'm sure it's just because it's our first day."
She gave the girl a half-hearted smile, trying to make it seem a little better. This is going to be a very long day.

With a small sigh, she glanced around and started to try and find something to do for the time being. With that, she found three choices. One; Clean the cafe' again. Two; Make sure all the dishes are clean. Three; Sit down and read a book.
Obviously her choice would have been the last one, but then she remembered she didn't bring her book today and now she regret not doing so. Or bringing any book for that matter. Still, she had to do something, so Xamai began to walk to the back and got a clean rag, put a little water on it, and began to clean the tables again.
"By the way, Rori...," She said, not looking away from the tables, " Where is Scythe?....Shouldn't he be here?...It is the opening.."
Xamai glanced around the cafe again, to see if he was there, just hiding, but he seemed to be no where. So maybe he wasn't there or she was just really bad at spotting people.
Eventually Xamai cleaned two tables...Three, six.. Until all of them were clean. Running out of things to clean, she looked at all their glasses and dishes, making sure they were clean as well. Xamai finished that in a pinch. Now the poor vampire had nothing to do, and wished that someone would just walk through that door right now and order something already. Xamai didn't care if the girl was loud and annoying. As long as they gave her something to do! Xamai couldn't take this anymore! No customers! First day or not, atleast someone should have looked at the cafe'!
[ Pfft. An impatient vampire : ]
And I dunno. Depends on what you want me to do..I guess? ]

Scythe was in the storage room stocking and stacking boxes with differen't kinds of beans for coffe's spices and what not, he soon came from the back door walking into the main cafe room Looking at the two girls Speaking in his soft deep tone.
"Rather Slow Today huh....Sorry it took me so long.."
Sighs lightly running a hand through his hair as he walked over to the table taking a seat and pulling a small book from his pocket.

She stood up and sat at the talbe with him, snatching the book from his hands.
"What are you reading today darling? " She fanned the pages, making sure to hold the book out of his reach.
