Slated for a release in September, the 13th installment of the Armored Core series is coming stateside, thanks to publisher Ubisoft. Claiming 200+ new parts (some of which are AC3-era), 40 new missions, and Online co-op mode. New to the series is an Assault Armor Overboost, a less powerful Overboost that can also transform your Primal Armor into a devestating bomb. Japanese Xbox Live Accounts can download the ACFA demo, featuring one of the 10 new "Arms Fort" bosses, giant mobile fortresses that make your AC look like an ant.

ACFA's releasing in America!?

Dear god, I think I just came...

I have heard that Boosts and QB's are getting a major boost. Though I don't know about OBs. And it looks like Side QB's easily launch you off the screen and then some or they made 2nd stage QB'ing much easier to preform.

FA is the extension of AC4(It'll add over 130 parts making a total of 400 parts and now a total of 442 FRS). It takes place a decade after the events of AC4. It'll have 3 different endings and from what I hear, it sounds like UbiSoft is actually taking the time to translate the story so we'll actually know what the hell is going on this time around. I dont' want to give away too much of the storyline, but if it's true and we're actually getting an AC game with a good storyline (AC2 still had the best imo) then AC:FA is easily going to be one of the best AC games yet.
