It's a spoof on the Cactus Juice thing only using the Final Fantasy monster "Cactuar".


Going along with the Avatar/FF fan art, this is Katara as a White Mage:

(Although, admittedly, it's not very white mage-esque. A friend wanted me to do some concept art for a Final Fantasy tabletop RPG he was creating.)
