Yakushi Hageru I could help come up with a list? Sure. So far I have classes for Chakra, Weapons. Possible Survival, Strategy and tactics, character developement.

Yakushi Hageru Character development what? Chakra, Weapons, Survival, Strategy and tactics, Ranged Syles, Disguise, Jutsu Types. Another guild had a class called RP and Character Developement. I think Jutsu types and Chakra could probably be fused into one.

To tell the truth, I'm not quite sure. The acadamy shut down there when I just joined that class.
