well although i was around the characters age when the first book came out im now 19 and cant relate to the characters that much and when i saw the cover of K.K.2 i didnt like it, like the background look was good but the girl screaming on the cover seemed both ugly and cheesy...but who knows what the final print shall be -shivers-
the best part that i like is how the disney villains...are actually live villains like a real life Jafar and all, that would be book cool and mildly creepy

I know it's a children's book, but I thought the first one was a fun read. Hopefully the sequel is as good as the first.

I loved the first book and have already pre-ordered the sequel. As a Disney employee we get the option to attain any merchandise ahead of the normal crowd. Sometimes you can get certain things a whole month in advance, but this time I think I only get about four days before it is released. Not sure how that works, though.

I would pre-order it, but, well, all my money is being saved for my Disney trip this September.

I can by it the natural way either a barns and noble or a walmart near where i live when the last harry potter book came out and all the bookstores was packed wallmart had a crate of it just sitting there so i got one hopefully they will have kingdom keepers too now the series will expand to places like the animal kingdom but what about the disney parks in california or france or china ot japan? that would be cool

That would be cool. I'd really like to see a book set in EPCOT, and parks outside WDW would be neat too.

I finished both books already and I'm pretty sure there's going to be a third. I think it's really interesting how if you've been to WDW enough, you can exactly picture what scenery is being described =] I loved the cover art for both books, minus the dude (is it Finn?) on the cover of KK2... quite ugly O_O;; lol

Really? They're a children's book series by Ridley Pearson. The first book is set primarily in the Magic Kingdom, and the second is set primarily in the Animal Kingdom.

I still haven't read the second book yet (it's currently sitting on my shelf, staring at me), but the first was a fairly fun read.
