-Turgenev lol actualy I don't blow my nose anymore, the sores that I get on the outside of my nose from snot passing sucked so I decided to devise a new way. I put my tongue up through the back to guide mucis and such down to be swollowed and help to coat my neck and stomach from acidic erotion. its rather cool I think. kinda gross to others

lol? I'd do that but I normaly have a runny nose in public and I don't want to look AND sound gross. lol. besides I spit enough as it is anyway. oh raven, I came to a sad realization today, as the theorys of poisoning the populous got to me I decided to actualy taste for toxins in my food and drink today and my stomach is still burning. I think there is a real issue here and I think we need to think of a constant filtration system to teach the "youngens" for when it gets worse, I have a good imune system as it is but I think I need to steap it up and also teach others how to. the point being can you assist me in forming up antibody thoughtform concepts? I ask you because your good with plants and might know of some we can resonate to help.

If I spent my magic on antibodies for the world's toxins everyday, I'd have nothing left to breathe with!
Best thing to do is minamize the intake of toxins and then move backwards from there with energy flow and conscious protection.
Such as (and I'll use my own habits as an example)
I filter all the water I drink with a Pur water filter (I even take bottles of it to work and restaurants) I also hydromag it, which just means putting it over a magnent to make sure the water cells are spinning in the right directions so my own cells will be able to absorb it. It's structured water, like eating an orange or lettuce.
I only eat organic food. (and eat out rarely)
I don't eat or drink anything with Corn syrup, aspertame, fake sugars, or synthetic ingredients.
I don't eat or drink milk, and rarely have wheat (mainly because I believe milk is for infants, and not meant for an adult body. But that's just my opinion)
Oh, and I don't go to the doctor, or take medicine that I don't know how it's made or what it's made from.
herbs have been working just fine so far.
The result?
I haven't been sick in over two years. If I do get sick, it's only for a max of three days. I haven't had a sore throat in more than 10 years, and nothing else has cropped up since I was five. I'm not scared to be around people who are sick, because I know I won't get what they have, and if I do, it'll only make me stronger.
I eat all I want whenever I want, and never want for anything. But I don't gain weight, and I don't lose weight. I stay at a nice and balanced 113.
My magic is clear and connected. And my senses are strong.
What's left to magical protect yourself from?
The air.
other people.
And the goverment.

thoes are all great habits. I also refuse to be anywhere near doctors and hate meds and crap. I eat and drink anything I can enjoy. I don't fear desise mostly because my will keeps my body strong and healthy, however I do get sick now and then if I lose sleep, become dehydrated, or am too hungry for too long. but most things that ever go wrong with me can be cured with a huge amount of energy and a good nights rest. I don't worry about using up magick cause I belive it is infinate. as for milk. I love the stuff. my bones is strong. oh and the water thing, I do something similar, no bottled stuff though, most of it has floride v.v and I don't really care to purify it, however I do charge it with energy to give it propertys that I'd like. a basic charge to help me sleep or keep me up. perhaps a red charge to help bloodflow, to be honest I don't even use herbs in my potions anymore because of how good I've goten at charging normal water. I used to charge my potions (the ones with herbs and such) the same way. infact the best way to test the magick back then was to sprinkle some over a candle, when it crackles and catches fire I know it is strong ^^ haven't tested things that way in a wile though. I'd like to get together and compair potions some day.
