I've read only some yaoi manga and would really like it if anyone gave me some advice on which yaoi manga I should read next. Here's some that I've read.
Loveless
Canterella
Almost crying
Boys next door
Gravitation
Invisible boy
Jonjou Romantica
I know I've read more but I can't think of the names of the manga at the moment so for now I'm lost.

Ive read more yaoi than yuri...i shall try to get most of them...cause they escape my mind alot...im guessing that you can list shounen-ai here too though...cause of the loveless one....

i think nearly any yaoi is recommended lol ^.~ But there are some that have not been listed yet.
heart Madness - Really funny, a bit gory at times tho, really good art!
heart Okane ga nai - Funny, cool plot line, very cute, and its a anime now!
heart The Sound of a Bell - Funny, cute, nekos! One of my top faves!
heart Akuma no Himitsu - The manga-ka of this is really good, so just look her up. Takanaga Hinako
heart Maigo - Again this manga-ka is really good, Maigo is just one of my faves of hers ^.^ Homerun Ken
heart Saa koi ni Ochitamae - AGAIN the manga-ka of this manga is
really good!
i think i should stop now, i would end up just listing 100 or more mangas if i could redface
